Julie- Where are you looking at having this one?? I have a friend who was at the 1st one and suppose to be at the last one that wants to come..

What dates are working so far for people?? I hope I can come but cannot commit until Feb. :( I will be there if I can.

Hope that will work for you too? I am not sure on the location. I'll have to figure that one out. Missi had said we might be able to get that clubhouse again, but I'll check some other places too, just in case. I wouldn't mind having it at my house in Morgan, I can seat 10. But I'm sure a lot of the farther-away ones wouldn't want to drive clear to Morgan.

I can't commit to anything, due to DH's work & MIL's babysitting schedule. But I'll subscribe to this thread & let you know close to the date you decide upon if I can do it. I always have a blast!

p.s. The closer to me, the better. So if you can do it at Melisa's sister's condos again, that would be great!

Well, I should have posted but time just whizzes by. You know how that goes! :p Anyway, looks like it might be May before we do this - and possibly it might be in Utah county. We have a demo interested in perhaps hosting at her house, depending on how many are planning to attend. She wants her downline to be there also. Gotta get back with her and see how her schedule looks. Figured if we had it more centrally-located, maybe some more south (St George area) might want to attend... (?)

I'm in Utah County and would like to get together with some stampers since I don't have an upline or sideline that get together. Are you all mostly demonstrators or just very dedicated stampers?

We have three possible meeting places in Utah county - and all would be either catered (not expensively) or we would eat at the meeting place (cafe attached). This would be great, because we wouldn't even have to worry about getting supplies AND food rounded up! We'd just have to get ourselves and our projects there. We would love for this one to reach out and include more of the far-away people - there are some in southern Utah and as far north as Montana! Pass this along to your cardmaking friends and let's see what we can do!

I added my vote for the poll but really any of those dates would work. Because I work at an accounting firm - the further past tax day the better so I have a chance to regroup. But I will still be able to make any of those days! Look forward to seeing you at Maxines!

May 12 & 19 are definate NOs for me. I'm going to a scrapbooking day on the 12th & the 19th is my DD's bday.

Where are you thinking in Utah County?

Just something to remember...May 12th is the day before mother's day...don't know if others do things for Mother's day, but I have a special event for mother's day on the 12th with my clients.

Well, there's the possibility of a school, a church building, or a TRUCK STOP :p ~ don't get worried - it's the meeting room upstairs from the truck stop, and the actual cafe in the truck stop supposedly has really great food! And the room we would meet in is FREE if we eat there! :mrgreen:

I'll jump in here since I'm helping a little.......

There are 2 places in Provo we are looking into and one in Springville. The cost of the food is between $6.95 and $8.95 (not including drinks). So not too bad!!

Let's get the date decided on...then we can figure out our place and what else happens next!!

Yes, we do full cards. And talk, and eat, and make more cards, and talk some more and eat some more! We just have fun. It's always great to meet new people with new ideas!

Just a precaution- Make sure there is PLENTY of room wherever you choose. The first one we did was at Golden Corral and although it was nice to have the food accessible and all that, it was also kind of crowded.

I will be able to vote which day works for me best but it will make a difference how far south in Utah county.. Let me know.
