I have been thinking about it for a while now and I'm taking the plunge. The incentives are great right now, so here I go!! I'm going to start out doing the Hobby Demo thing and just selling to friends and family, so we'll have to see what happens!! I'm so excited!!

Thanks and yes, "yay for us"!! I cannot wait to get my polka dot and paisley set either - we used the other night at a team meeting and it's sooo cute!! I chose one of the alphabet set as my free set - I don't have any and thought it may be a good thing to have at least one alphabet set plus I wanted to grab an expensive set to take full advantage of the benefit. What set did you get?? On top of all that SU gives us, my upline gave me a $25 gift certificate to use toward ink and cardstock, so that make it all the better - she is a wonderful lady!!

I haven't decided yet what to get. I'm really considering one of the Alpha sets....gotta get my money's worth!! LOL!! But there are also a coupld of the DD sets that i really want to.
Me too, Me too. Just put the paperwork in the mail tonight!!!!! Now on pins and needles waiting for SU # and kit to arrive. This was a great time to sign on. Shelli's gift, the extra set for $39.95 (I chose an alphabet set) and my demo offered a special as well. I didn't order the additional kits offered because even though they are a great deal I would rather save the money and use it to purchase the items I want and get sales credit for them instead of not getting the sales credit. Plus I wasn't sure that I needed all the extra business supplies right off the bat!
I'm sending mine out tomorrow too!! I am getting the short order alphabet.
I don't have any right now and want to get something that is basic - I really like the classic alphabet as well and I thought I had made up my mind, but now you've got me thinkin'...

Some of the things we have done with the Headline set are Monograms, we stamped and cut the letters out for scrapbook pages, paper bags, tins, borders on scrapbook pages etc., made lunch bags for family members. I'm sure it is endless.....
Lauri, they are also doing a 99$ sign on right now. Just saw it on the General stamping thread. Check it out if you don't want to spend the full amt of money for the larger sign on kit. Good luck in your venture! Karen

Hi-
I saw your post but also saw you didn't get a really good answer.
There are two things going on right now-Sell-A-Bration and a "mini" kit promotion.
During Sell-A-Bration you can choose a mini kit, which contains a ton of business supplies, one stamp set, some cardstock and an ink pad. It is designed for the customer who has lots of stuff already but just need business supplies. It's a GREAT option for people who have been stamping for awhile. Plus, it's only $99. You also get the new Polka Dots & Paisley set that demos recieved for Christmas. It's a sneek peak of the spring mini and it's a great set!
If you have only been stamping for a little while and are still trying to build you stash, then it would be better for you to go ahead and sign up with the full kit. It's $199 and you get all the business supplies plus tons of other great stuff including stamp sets, inks, cardstock and tools. Again, it's the best way to go if you don't already have lots of goodies because it will allow you to do workshops right off the bat, without buying more stuff (the mini kit doesn't have everything you need to start right away). You also get the option of adding on the Stampin' Memories kit for $50 (worth about $100) to the regular kit. In addition to all that stuff, you'll also get one free stamp set of your choice from the Idea Book & Catalog PLUS the Polka Dots & Paisley set! It's about $400 worth of stuff and it's quite a bargain!
Anyway, I hope that answers your question a little better!

I'm not sure about the promo but I DO know that SU! *is* expanding into the UK and Europe, as announced at Leadership! I don't have a ton of info about it, but stay tuned because more info will be coming soon!

Me TOO!!! My consultant (who is my old college roommate and a great friend too) called me about this special and after tossing it around I am signing on too. I have been wanting to for a while and this deal is too hard to resist! My DH was a little worried because I have an another Direct Sales buisness, and when I started that I bit off more than I could chew (buying too much inventory), but luckily that won't happen with SU. I am going to be a hobby SU demo and will help my soon to be upline with workshops too.
