Has anyone who didn't order this from someplace on line been able to find it??? I have checked every Barnes and Noble within 60 miles of my house and my LSS and Archivers and NOTHING. I can usually pick it up at Barnes and Noble but this time NOTHING!!! I really want this book, any ideas where else to look??
I have had no luck either, I have checked every bookstore, craft store and stamp store in town, none have had it, the lady that owns the stamp store said she ordered it but has not seen it yet...she is suppose to call me but she was not holdingout hope that she was going to receive it either, I hadn't ordered it b/c I didn't want to pay $5 shippingbut I have spent more than that in gas driving around trying to find it and in fancy coffee drinks that I think I have to have if I go to Barnes and Noble or Borders, I plan to go ahead and order it today!!!

Hola!
How about a local stamp store? That's where I get mine (no shipping) in fact they ordered it for me because they ran out. Barnes & Noble may order it for you if you ask. Good luck.

I'm a newbie to this website!! I'm so excited that I finally found a wonderful website that understands my love of stamping! I was able to find my Take Ten Vol. 4 at a local stamp shop here in Wisconsin. I did have to contact several of them though...some had already received a couple of shipments and weren't sure if they were going to receive any more and others didn't even receive their first shipment yet.
Speaking of Take Ten...I am in need of Volume 1, so if anyone has an extra that they are willing to part with or know anyone who has one, please provide me with their contact info. or PM me.
Thanks to all who work so hard to provide such a wonderful site for all of us.
I just picked up a copy today at my local Barnes & Noble. A.C. Moore didn't have it. Since you're close to an Archivers, you're probably not close to me. I'm just outside of Philly.
There were several copies left, if you'd like me to pick one up for you.

P.S. jenny4wheel: This is the first Take Ten I've seen. Wasn't aware of it prior to joining SCS. It's full of cards that are supposed to take (I believe!) 10 minutes to complete. It's fun to see all the familiar names from this site. Lots of fabulous cards!!
My local stamp store had several copies when I was in last time (they are really more of a scrappers store, in reality!). I know they have mailed copies of other Take Tens in the past to some of you here on SCS.
If you are still searching for Take Ten 4 you might call Paper Kapers Plus, Ontario, Oregon (541) 881-0463. You can tell them Susy sent you I'm in the magazine so they know all about it!

Take Ten is a magazine published by Stamper's Sampler that contains all cards that can be made in 10 minutes or less. Not sure how often they do them - once or twice a year? They have a Take Ten section in their magazine each month as well.

Stampdiva.com also carries it. Stampington.com is the website for the publisher if you prefer to order directly from them. It's worth a look at their different publications - I hadn't seen their "Catch Up" series before, and that looked interesting.
I spoke to my local scrapbook and stamp store here in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and they were gracous enough to order some in. Got mine last Saturday, it is great.
I just got one today at Barnes & Noble....Have you asked your store if they have Take Ten IV? The one I picked up today was behind an entire stack of other magazines!!! :? I've been looking for it for a month now and finally asked. They've had it just not where anyone could find it!
I finally found a copy in a local office supply/copy shop that also does scrapbooking and rubber stamps. The store two doors down said she expects to get her's any day. Even though these two stores regularly carry The Stamper's Sampler magazaine, they apparently had to request the Take Ten as it's a "specialty" publication.
I found it yesterday at B&N in N. Texas. Julie Ebersole is in there several times as well as Becky Groska and Lila Holgate. Those were the only names from here I readily recognized (sorry if I overlooked someone -- I'm not quite finished looking at it yet!). Congratulations, ladies!
Just called my Barnes and Nobles and they have it!!!!! Thay just got them in yesterday!!! The lady is holding it the check out for me....so of I go!!! I have been searching for this since March!!! YIPEEEEEE!!!!

They're not carried here so I have to order mine offline. I just got them (ordered two for friends also) Saturday and absolutely love it yet again!!! Wish I could get my hands on a Vol I
