WT94 - Field Trip
Today we're going on a field trip! We got a new dollar store and I just can't believe the cool stuff you can get there! I know you all in the US have even better dollar stores than here...so go see what you can find! Make a card using something from the dollar store on it, or cover a notebook from the dollar store...whatever you can think of! Have fun!
Here is my card
A Bella Wish
As always, there is no time limit on this challenge. Make as many as you like. Please remember to put WT94 in your keyword section and post a link back here. I don't think there will be many questions on this but hopefully someone can answer any as I will be away most of the day. I have all the kids at home this week. School in Canada does not start until next Monday! I'm looking forward to getting back into a schedule and some time to stamp!
Have a fabulous stamping day! And Happy New Year!

If I don't find something, could I use a 25 cent spiral notebook? Hoping for a sweet baby (have to go to the grocery store too though) so I can stop in the $ store!

Ooh candles - great idea! I bought four at the dollar store before Christmas with plans of trying my hand at candles but they're still tucked in a drawer untouched. Maybe I'll have to get them out.

Can't wait to see all the great stuff today.

Uhh, I don't think they have dollar stores here. I'll just have to be really creative with things I already have and purchased on the base somewhere. :-)
You have no idea how jealous I am of you ladies, I want to go to the Dollar Store and Target right now!!!! Shopping over here is WEIRD! ;-)

I know how you feel. We were stationed in England for 3 years and boy I could not wait to get back to the states and shop!! I have some Target $ spot stuff. I'll see what I can come up with after I get out of work.

Here is my card. I couldn't make it to the dollar store this morning, so I searched through my things, and found this All Boy tag from the dollar store. It is perfect for a little boys birthday card....

Here is mine...
FRENCH JOURNAL
I just love covering $1 store notebooks! Whenever I'm at the store and see spiral ones with BLANK lined pages I buy as many as they have! I wish this one had a spiral binding - I just love adding lots of ribbon to the rings. This one I added the ribbon accent to get my fiber fix.

Thanks for the challenge, Julia. Two of my grandsons bought me gifts from the $ store for Christmas, I made Thank You cards with each of them with the stamps , but didn't scan them or save. So I will use those two stamps today. Thanks.

What a fun challenge! I used 3 things from the Target Dollar Spot! Fun, Fun! I am going to try and send everyone in our family a Birthday card again this year. I missed last year, because I thought they could care less, but I enjoy it, so I am going to do it again! Here is mine: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

YEAH!
I technically did this one on New Years Eve, but it IS from the dollar store, and I am so happy with how it came out.
It's not a card, but an etched candle mirror... you know, the ones you put under your pillars to catch the reflection and the drips?
Here it is: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
