Hello to you!! I have lived here all my life. Sure wish we had more scrapbook stores around here so we could make some of the nice things they have in the gallery.
Hey fellow Sunflower gals!
I live in SE KS, just 1 mile N of the OK state line!
Lived in Kansas City for 15 years and in Hutchinson for 2 years.
Born in Chicago/came here with the RR.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I live in Manhattan, pretty close. Don't you like Scrapbooks, Etc.? If you're ever over this way we have 2 fairly new scrapbooking stores that offer classes, Scrappy Chicks and The Scrap Master. I haven't had a chance to come to Topeka and check out Michael's. Kind of jealous because of the great deals some are getting here on SCS.
Tonganoxie here, 15 minutes NE of Lawrence, for those not familiar. So not far from Topeka at all. All of Topeka's SB stores HAVE closed now haven't they? That kinda stinks. The Scrapbook Page in Shawnee is really great if you are willing to travel a bit.

I am not a Kansan NOW but lived there for the forst 25 years of my life. Graduated from TWHS and WU. I was there last memorial day and was bummed to see that the scrap stores had gone, but got a fix of Hobby Lobby. hehe. I iwll undoubtedly be back summer 2007 some time.

It's not who you know-it's whom you know.
I live in Gardner, South of KC. Wouldn't mind the trip to Topeka and a good get together. Lived in KS all my life. 18 in Linn, KS, 10 in Manhattan, and 10 in Gardner. It's good to know there are so many KS people on SCS
I grew up in Kansas, does that count? Raised in Hutchinson, then on to KSU in Manhattan. My DH is from Wamego, and his mom lives in Topeka now. We still get back there at least once or twice a year. So if anyone gets a stamping day or shoebox swap together sometime, I might just come up for it! I'd love to meet all of you.
I lived in Coffeyville for 22 years before I moved to Missouri in 2003. I don't miss the town I used to live in, but I miss the state. There's a lot to be said for "flat"...lol Hugs to my Kansas gals!
