TLC97 - Shhhh....
{posting early on Sunday, December 31....please honor "no upload Sundays" unless you are a Fan Club member (in which case you can upload!). I am posting early because I *hope* to sleep in tomorrow morning! }
I don't know about you, but I am so ready for some peace and quiet after all the excitement of December activities! The challenge for this week is to create a card that is quiet, peaceful, and serene. You know the kind...ones that make you just sigh and go "ahhhh".

Oh, yeah. I'm so quiet, you don't even know I'm here. Thought I'd check for stalkers and to my surprise, the challenge is up. Thanks, Beth, for the early post. Get lotsa zzzzzzzzz's.
It's pretty quiet in my house -- although I hear lots of fireworks outside! I think stamping is a quiet hobby, so we shouldn't make too much noise and wake anyone up. Happy New Year, everyone!

Tee Hee! I'll see what I can do. If you know anything about me, you know that quiet and peaceful are not ways to describe me. I'll see if I have calm in my stamping abilities.
It's very quiet here - DH is still sleeping and the only sound is the clicking of the keyboard (shhh!). I hope this is peaceful and calm enough!

Here's one from my gallery. I'll work on creating one later - after taking down the Christmas tree & ridding the house of all the Christmas stuff!! (ugh)
OK, this is not a new card, but it is one of my all time favorites in my gallery. That sentiment from Season of Peace is one of the best ever. My intention was to make it look like it had just stopped snowing, so I brayered the skyline and DTP the glow around the lamp. How much more peaceful can you get?
Having a week off, I've been enjoying a nap every now and then. So kick back put your feet up and take a snooze. I looked back through some old sketches and found one I hadn't done. Relaxing Nap
