Which purple in the Soft subtles goes best with Mellow Moss?
Either Lavender Lace, Pale Plum or Perfect Plum? I am making some In Full Bloom cards with Mellow Moss and can't decide...
I am going to order one of the purples and can't decide which....
I personallly think that Perfect Plum and Pale Plum go the best with Mellow Moss. I will tell you that Pale Plum is very light when stamped. I usually use both plums when I use two step stamps.
Here is a sample of the mellow moss with the two plums.
It scanned darker than it really is.
I know it's not a soft subtle, but I LOVE Mellow Moss with Orchid Opulence. The brightness of the OO works beautifully with the muted green. Just another option for you!!
I also love Purple Plum, Pale Plum and Mellow Moss together. I attended a workshop where we did a card with these three colors and I bought the card stock and stamp pads of those three that night!
I have to agree that Perfect Plum is the PERFECT companion to Mellow Moss. I just go ga ga over that combo. Also Mellow Moss and either Rose Red or Rose Romance....GORGEOUS!

I really perfect plum, than pale plum, than barely banana, but WOW that orchid opulence is beautiful, thanks for that becuase I should own stock in mellow moss, I use it all the time!!!
I did one with blush blossom the other night....like the result....wow, you can't see on the scan but, behind the flowers in MM, are squares in blush blossom....
I vote for Perfect Plum--I made my sister's wedding invites with these colors, and it's a nice combo. I also like Old Olive and Eggplant Envy together, for a bolder green/purple combo.

They all look nice, but I prefer lavender lace with mellow moss. The mm & plums combination is used a lot and to my eyes doesn't look fresh and interesting anymore.
