LSC - BONUS Challenge 3
Here's your 3rd Bonus Limited Supply Challenge! These will continue to be posted randomly instead of on a schedule and will focus on a particular stamp set or single stamp.
I've been collecting Michael's $1 stamps for months, but I don't always get around to using them. So today, pull out those $1 stamps. They may be from Michael's or another store, but they are the cheapo stamps that we think we NEED to have! :mrgreen:
Please post new cards rather than cards already in your gallery. Thanks!
Please put LSCbonus3 in the keyword box when you upload!
Limit: $1 stamps
Stamps: $1 stamps, up to 2 additional stamps may be used
Paper and Ink: any
Embellishments: any

Need help linking a card? Follow these instructions!
1. Open 2 windows. One window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Got to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
Your done!

Man, I have LOTS of these! And here I thought I wasn't going to have to stamp tomorrow. Jen, you must be feeling a bit better. I've been feeling lousy all week -- nasty head cold.

I'm feeling so-so as long as I take my pain meds. DH has set up my computer and stamping area so that I can use everything standing up. SCS and stamping are nice distractions to the pain.
I'm so sorry that you have been feeling poorly. Head colds are awful. :( |

Haha...those dollar stamps are the ones I used to let my kids buy when we were at Michaels...now...they just use any ole stamp...SU or nonSU. They are trained! And they feel special...b/c I act like I have to think about letting them use my SU sets! Hehe.

This is a first for me, I actually made a card right away! Dug through the box and pulled out this flower stamp - sticker still on it and it was .99!
Most of my cheap stamps are beach stuff. Wanted something else. THis is kinda a jump on Spring, I guess. Not a pink person, hence the other colors in there!

bought the thank you stamp during the fall, and the merci is part of a block stamp that has thanks,merci and gracias in a rectangle, i used just the merci...(the chatterbox paper was 5/$1.00 at joannes!
i believe even the ribbon was a michael special at one dollar a roll...
working on the main challenge hopefully before i need to get going to work...

Here is mine. Well not really mine! lol My 10 yr old made this as she has been stamping all week. I really like how she did it (all on her own too). I wanted to upload it just hadn't gotten around to it. It fits perfectly with today's challenge Beary Best Friends

I have a set of 4 Christmas stamps I bought for $2. Do 50 cent stamps count for this challenge? Do I have time to make a card just for this challenge? Why am I talking to myself? Must get rest after Christmas...

Great cards! I was in bed most of the day with a migraine. Then Brown came with new stamps. :mrgreen: It was great medicine. I'm back stamping again and hope to upload a bonus card and make comments on your wonderful cards later tonight. Thanks for playing!

Better late than never! The stamp is a clear $1 stamp from Joann's. The paper was 6 sheets for $.96. I don't want to spend money on a scalloped punch so I used my Coluzzle and trimmed with wavy scissors.
