I found this just today! Talk about timing! The library pocket doesn't have a window, but I am sure that you could easily cut one. Check out

I'm home from work. I looked on the package and there were no copyright info or symbols. I redrew the template so I could get two to a page. My image is too big for here. I'll try to email the templates to those who have asked for them.
