Oh, Daven, thank you thank you thank you for all the great work on the Gallery!! I have one question and one suggestion.
I noticed the boxes on the bottom where you can sort according to different things. But the default *seems* to be newest first (as opposed to Most Active in the "old" Gallery) and 24 photos per page. YEAH! This is the way I prefer to look at the Gallery. So is that the default? And then you use the boxes at the bottom if you want it to sort according to something else?
Okay - just a suggestion. I hesitate to even mention it because I don't want to appear critical of the awesome new Gallery. But I'm sure I'm not the only one... Under "Photo Details", the poster is listed, then comments. Would it be possible to have this block of text justified left instead of each line being centered? It's hard to read when each line is centered. Could you have the Poster, Comments, Date and Views left-justified just like the "Additional Info" where the stamp set, cardstock, inks, etc are listed??
I absolutely agree-- I hate to complain, too, and hesitated to mention it... but I would also prefer to have the text left-justified rather than centered.

actually, no. this is very small compared to what's coming
DO NOT hate to complain! if you don't complain I don't know what people want! I love the suggestion about not centering the text. we'll look into this. remind me if you don't see it soon.
I can't get into the galleries, either....albeit I could this morning and what I saw then was AWESOME!!
I'm also having trouble sending replies, PM, etc. to the forums, so I hope this gets posted. This didn't go through the first time....says 'web site not responding'. VERY FRUSTRATIING cuz I know there's TONS of stuff I'm missing!!!
I had a brag book page get approved and now it says it is waiting for approval again. I still can't figure out hot to move pictures from my gallery into an album. I did it before but can't do it now.
How do you do that, change it to the latest? It is 5:40pm and I am still unable to get into the gallery. I can get into the forums no problem, the gallery just won't open.
Am I the only one that cannot get in and why can some get in the others cannot?
I'm SOOOO glad someone else mentioned the top text being left justified instead of centered -- I also found it too hard to read! I also like the gallery default to be latest.
Daven, you're awesome and doing a wonderful job with the site! Can't wait to see what else is in store!
You are not alone. I haven't been able to get in to the gallery at all today. I can't even use the topics on the front page. I have to go into Forums to read any.
I am excited about being able to get in to the galleries when this is all done. I need my SCS fix !!

argh, what a day. I've been on the phone trying to sort things out. we've had server issues most all day, meaning the galleries been out of commission much of the day. as of 5:20 PT it's alive, but limping along. hopefully we'll have some answers in the next couple hours and we'll be back to our normal chaos.
I LOVE THIS PLACE and am totally addicted. Can't see the gallery yet but I CAN be patient! (Really I can)
I do have one teeny tiny suggestion unless I am an idiot and can't figure this out. I wish I could a topic or word search in the forums rather than scrolling through all the pages for a thread I once saw. AM I missing it??? If so please tell me.

I keep reading about all the wonderful changes to the gallery, and I can't wait to see them. I keep trying to click into it, but the computer just sits and grinds away trying to bring up the page . I even clicked, waited about 5 minutes, went down to the kitchen, loaded the dishwasher, got myself some ice water, and came back upstairs to find that it wasn't even 1/2 way loaded! Hopefully I will be able to see these changes myself sometime soon, lol! I guess all good things take time. Just strange that some are able to get in, and others aren't! :?
Thank you sooooo much for all of the effort you put into this site! I don't know where my business might be without it! This great site has made stamping so much more fun because I have more successses than the old trial and error way. The tips and suggestions as well as the samples are great! Thank you Splitcoaststampers folks!!
I just uploaded 5 cards and I was not able to assign them to stamp sets. I think they just ended up in my gallery. Is that feature coming back? Is it just not working at the moment???

Daven, I too am in awe with all that you do. I'm by far not a computer whiz, but from the little bit that I know (and am still learning), I think you are Superman!! BYW can you fly, too?!?!? I'm so glad I joined the fan club when I did and can see all the fabulous changes that are going to be taking place!!! There is nothing like watching something grow (children, gardens, talent). Thank you for making one of my life's little joys (SCS) even more wonderful!!!

We got them, and moved them to the appropriate galleries. Many others have uploaded, and categorized. Maybe it is just spotty right now?
