So why do I keep making all of these cat cards! I just can't put cool cat down. I am dreaming about that silly cat! I hate cats! What is wrong with me?
HMMMMM...I wonder if I can make it look like a......ohhhhh move away from the stamp and no-one will get scratched!
How funny! I LOVE cats....probably too much! I have 3 cats and of course I own SU!'s kitty cat sets they have come up with over the years. I guess your kitty cat stamp set is a keeper!
:shock: I forgot to say......everytime I see your posts....it reminds me to go sign up for your newsletter!!!! Dang it! Do you think I have? Let me get off here and go do it know before I forget. Hey.....maybe the next newsletter will have cool Cat in there!
I'm not a cat person either(severely allergic), but with all the cute cards/pages made with this set....I think I HAVE to have it! No, I know I have to have it!!!!!!
Besides, I'm thinking my toddler will be a vet because of her extreme love and interest in amimals. This will be great set when she starts bringing home all those strays.
I'm terribly allergic to cats, so I'm not real big on them. They are cute and all but only from a distance!!!! I ended up in a emergency room several years ago unable to get hardly any air into my lungs because of a kitty.
I have to admit that the cat in the new stamp set in the spring mini kind of freaks me out....it looks kind of devilish. Just my humble opinion. I'm not trying to offend anyone...the cards are great the cat is just a bit weird to me.
I just gave her/him/it an identity crisis...At least if I give her/him/it (actually, in my mind, her name is "princess") dog-like qualities than maybe I can justify having actually bought this set, and continuing to stamp with it.
I was just thinking this today! I am not a cat person at all. However, Cool Cat keeps jumping out at me. I keep saying I won't get it because it has the cat in it. We'll see how long I can hold out!!!

Too funny! I also HATE cats as well...but when I was pre-ordering my sets I was "forced" by some inner impulse to buy this set and have had so much fun with it as well! LOL!
The powers that this cat has over us is frightening! :shock:
It's funny......I am a cat person, but (and I KNOW I'm in the minority on this one) Cool Cat just doesn't grab me. I just don't get it.
That said, I love the stuff you gals are doing with it. You may just convert me before this mini is over!

How can anyone HATE cats?!!!!!! :shock: :shock: :shock: I'm only glad that Slinky Malinki (see left - he's the black one) can't read yet and hasn't seen these hurtful comments! Cats are cute, fluffy, they purr, they talk to you, they have great whiskers, cute little paddy paws, long tails that seem to have lives of their own, eyes that do that whole big/small thing and they show you an enormous amount of affection, even if it is usually just to get food.
Now slugs... they're a totally different kettle of fish. No redeeming features whatsoever and well worthy of our hatred.
You don't have to like cats to love Cool Cat. I liken it to ordering something like Hedgehog Happiness or Fishy Friends. I don't know too many people who would say they love hedgehogs but plenty who like that set.
I love what you ladies have come up with this set. I'm not going to get tired of this set any time soon!

Don't hate cats, just really allergic to them. Didn't care for the Cool Cat set until I saw all the stuff here - had to order it last week. Saw the BEST card at a meeting on Saturday (sorry - can't remember who did it, but if you are an SCSr - PLEASE post it!) - it had the Cool Cat with the little parachute mice falling down from the sky - and the cat had the bottom half of a mouse coming out of its mouth - too funny!

I'm in the same boat you are... I have four cats and love them dearly, but I'm just not crazy about Cool Cat. I have seen some wonderful cards made with the set, but nothing that has changed my mind about getting it.

Here's Neighbor Nancy's mouse cat card that I just found in the gallery - may have been cased for the meeting I was at (don't know where Nancy lives) - anyway - had to give Nancy lots of kudos for this one...cracked me up!

I LOVE the hydrant cat.....I'm just home on lunch break and that gut buster you set off will get me through the rest of the day smiling (cheshire like)

As you can see I love cats. Four of them own me. I have'nt got Cool Cat yet but you can be assured she's on my wish list. I just love all the creative cards on SCS using this set. Everyone is having sooo much fun! I wanna join in soon.
Okay so the though of a cat causes my eyes to swell-nothing against the creatures as a species but I had to have this kitty-I'm a girl scout leader and the mascot of this years cookie sale was none other then a black siamese cat-and boy do I love this kitty. So does my six year old she is now embossing-I'm so proud.
I hate cats!!!!!
We'll see how long I can hold out!!!
