Don't forget, next week is my 1 year anniversary for this challenge. I'll be having a little contest (with prizes).
There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild -- be *inspired* and go get stamping!
REMINDER: Please put IC51 in the keywords box when you upload your card (no space b/n IC and the challenge number) . If you have more than one keyword use a comma to separate them. Thanks!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Thank you.
Wow, I can't believe I made it into the top 5. I'm posting cards from yesterday. Hope to get to this challenge later today. Thanks Karen.

Just checking to see if the challenge was up, and it's another good one. Should be able to get some stamp time tonight or tommorrow since I've got my stuff moved out of the living room for the tree.
Having sleeping problems so thought I'd check things out.....and here was the challenge....hope to get to stamping in the morn.....need my 'fix' as I haven't stamped since Wednesday.....thanks, Karen
I'm heading off to bed, but thought I'd check in. Great challenge, Karen. Looks like a lot of fun. Thanks. I'll plan to play in the morning. Brain is a bit too foggy tonight after doing Jen's 5 challenges today and working on my Nov. Christmas cards - not done with those yet, though.
I woke up early and made the mistake of checking out today's Inspiration picture -- then I couldn't go back to sleep, trying to get inspired. The leather tags brought the Faux Leather technique to mind, so I ran with it! Here's my card -- Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Good one, Karen - I used a mulberry bg from Son Impressions - stamped it with Colorbox Creamy Brown on Creamy Carmel; faux stitching around it and it really does look like leather IRL. I think this may be a tad too busy!
OOOOO!!!!!!!!!! I've been working on tag ideas for a Dec open house...may have to pretend that I'm working on samples later today!!! Thanks for the great challenge (thinking wheels are a turnin'!!)
I had to do this one, as I had tried the faux leather look a while back and couldn't figure out how to use it. So I made some tags and used those cool colors they had in the examples for background. The colors, tags and buckles are what I noticed when I viewed the inspiration piece, so that's what I went with. As I needed a card for ds's friend so I personalized with my alpha set. Tag you are it, Zach
Here's mine, I got home last night and looked at the challenges this morning. I have christmas on the brain and thought of santas leather buckle right away. It just worked out that I was able to combined it with one of fridays challenges.tfl~
I did the leather for my first card. This one is a tag. I used some new toys I bought at a recent Stamping Expo -- and I really like them. Here's my card -- Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
This was a great inspiration piece, there are so many ways to go with this one. I had a lot of fun making my card, and it turned out exactly as I hoped. I've been loving everyone's cards, and have gotten tons of ideas for masculine cards. Thanks for sharing, and for looking.
OLD LOVE, this is my second one, finally got the yard decorated with Christams lights and the rest of the house decorated so now I could finally stamp again.

Here's the card I made, late as usual! I tried to emphasize some of the details on the embossing with Stickles, but I'm not loving the results! Still, kinda cute! Thanks Karen!
