Okay, I am not a demo so do not flame me for this. If you want a surprise when the SAB catty arrives in the mail, then don't keep reading this post.
If you want to know what the SAB sets look like, keep reading.
(and just to throw my 2 cents in, I don't see what the big deal is with sharing this info early. It certainly doesn't hurt business, if anything it leads to increased sales come Jan and Feb because people have been saving their money!)
There are only 5 stamp sets and 1 scrapping kit this year.
Happy Harmony (set of 6) - one flower stamp (3 stems and 3 blossoms that look like dandelion puffs) with five inspirational type phrase stamps with curly kind of fancier writing (It's the little things that make life big, Happiness always, In every thing give thanks, Dreams come a size too big so you can grow into them, Happiness is when what you think what you say and what you do are in harmony)
Big Blossom (set of 1) - one giant solid flower with an open circle in the middle
Delight in Life (set of 6) - two step stamping flower kind of like bud basics, a smaller flower, an itty bitty background with little sunbursts, a swirly kind of design, and the phrase "delight in life"
So Very (set of - like Think Big, only the big words here are "So very" and the littler words are happy, sorry, sweet, blessed, missed, loved, cute
Very Punny (set of - little sketched cartoon like stamps with phrases. Ladybug (bug me anytime), fish (best fishes), frog (hoppy for you), pig (tickled pink), lollipop (sweet stuff), bird (chirp up), baby in crib (crib notes), cow (like no udder)
Just Delightful scrapping kit - coordinates with Delight in Life stamp set. 1 sheet each So Saffron, Very Vanilla, 3 sheets each Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery, 4 12 by 12 printed pages (2 green print, 2 vanilla print), 6 small sheets of things to punch out in saffron, blue, green, and pink
Sorry, I don't want to duplicate efforts. But, I have searched the posts (and just searched again a second ago) and haven't seen anything describing the sets. Maybe the descriptions are on a demo-only thread? Or maybe I am just not searching correctly!

They're not demo only because I am not a demo! Unfortunately, I just happened across them and did not subscribe to them so I doubt I would be able to find them again myself!
This is the first time I've read about the new items. I like the sound of the scrapping kit and a couple of stamp sets. I think you are right about saving money, I won't go out and buy something with any Christmas money I might get, I will save it for SU.Thanks!!!
Very cool to see they are offering a Scrappin' Kit as one of the options. I'll look forward to seeing pictures! Thanks for the descriptions.
Stamping Smiles,
Anita
my first time I heard about it also I did stumble across 1 other but didn't even bother reading it since I thought it was too early to see anything at this time.

My friend showed my her Stampin Success catalog yesterday, and I think they are all cute, but will only get the Very Punny and the kit, all the others aren't my style. However the the Delight in Like looks alot like Bud Basics.
Has anyone by any chance found a link for the SAB catalog? I know I was thrilled when I found the Winter mini early. Just curious. Thanks JLWhite, much appreciated info.
Victoria
Thanks for the information. I am new to stamping. Got started with a girl that I work with and have quickly become addicted to it. I am going to be a hostess in Feb and hear that this is a great time to be one. Again thanks for the information I look forward to seeing them.
I was on eBay this morning and saw that one seller has one of each of the 2007 Sellabration sets listed. Search for "SAB 2007" (it's in the title of each of the listings). There is a picture of each one in the description. They're listed for $19.95 each. I think I'd rather get mine for free

Can you send me a link to the eBay site? I'd love to "turn her in". What she is doing is so wrong on so many levels...not to mention a violation of her demonstrator agreement.

How do you know she's a demo...she may not be and if she isn't, SU can do nothing about it.
Casey, thanks for the info...I'll go check out the SAB sets right now!
I won't say if she is or isn't a demo, but I can tell you that those images came straight from a Stampin Up publication just for demo's. So either she borrowed that from a demo or she is a demo. You can't get those magazines if you are not a demo.
I'm pretty sure anybody would be in trouble for that one. It's a copyright infringement ... nobody, demo or otherwise has the legal right to reproduce those images from the Stampin' Success magazine. Besides that - it's just slimy ... $19.95 for stamp sets that any customer can earn for FREE??? Geez ...
After reading about those new Sellabration sets I've already come to the conclusion - I'm going to be broke all year, again! Granted those sets are free, but free with purchase, and I am good at purchasing!
I have a question now that I read the comment from Redwood about the person selling the sets on Ebay - Are there really no male demos? I've never been to an SU event before (would love to, just never had the chance) but I'm an avid scrapbooker and been to many scrapbook expos (and trust me, they are quite the event) and while the women do out number the men at the event there are still quite a few testosterone filled bodies running around there and they are just as excited as the ladies to be there.
When you click on ME to learn more about the seller, he says "I am the best--just ask my wife."
I'm guessing he's not a demo...
Can he still get in trouble if his wife is???
That doesn't mean that he doesn't list items for his wife. I know couples who use one ebay account to do all their bidding and selling. I'm a brand spankin' new demo and this makes me mad.

and alot of it is full price with horrible shipping rates. Why would anybody buy current sets from this bozo? sorry - this just hurts the honest demos out there .
This is in absolutely no way meant to be an insult to you, but you obviously have never spent very much time on Ebay - there are tons of bozos that buy stuff from bozos like this, current SU stuff, for way over what honest demos sell it for! They bid and bid and bid until they finally end up paying more than the catalogue price and THEN they have to pay shipping on top of it! And people call us obsessed!
Sometimes, just because I can't stand their stupidity, I HAVE to email them and ask why, WHY?! Do they not know a demo?! I think some people just have too much moeny, and to them I say, send it this way!!!
I am not trying to make light of what this person is doing at all, just trying to lighten the mood. I definitely think what these people do is wrong and they should be turned in. And as punishment they should turn all their profits over to "obsessed" stampers, such as ourselves, so that we can pay full price for our SU stuff!
You're absolutely right! There are tons of idiots...urr, I mean bozo's, who are more than willing to part with their $$. I wonder if they just don't know that they can get this stuff at a lesser cost from current demos. Realizing that there isn't much we can do about it, it's a shame that we can't set up an E-bay site and when they click on a link to get more info, they are directed to our websites. :-D Or better yet, the catalog where they can see how much these sets are really worth!

It's no different than people bidding on HA sets. You can get those "free" too. Except none of these are really free... You have to buy something before you get any of them.
About the bidding - I think for some people bidding is like gambling. A bit of an addiction. I would bet some of those folks know full well the retail value of a set but they get caught up in the moment of a last minute bidding war and end up spending more then originally planned. Not saying this is the case every time, but it does happen...
