scrap bags

I saw the cutest scrapbook bags at the RI regionals a few weeks ago and finally found a tutorial to tell me how to make them.

But what kind of machine do I "need" to create a spiral binding. They say to lace it with the plastic lacing but the adorable ones I saw were spiral bound. Any suggestions?

I think most people on this board would swear by a Rubi-coil. I don't have one, but I dream about it!

I finally was able to complete my scrapbag!! Check out my gallery by clicking on my username at the left. If you can't view it, wait an hour or two. I'm not sure how long it takes to upload as I am still new to uploading photos.
