I started a thread in the Challenge: Try a new Technique and just noticed it dissappeared as someone else started a new one(in the right forum). I found it by going to my subscriptions and it is in a completely different pFun and Games! Here is my thread i started which is now in this place Forums at Splitcoaststampers what happen? Everyone is gonna come back and not be able to find "us"!
I saw a post on all the challenge threads that "stalking" should now be posted in Fun & Games. No offense but IMO that won't work very well for us. Sometimes we may go hrs betweens posts. If a stalking thread is on the fun & games, we won't be able to find it without sifting through a few pages of threads. IMO moving the stalking thread is going to cut down on our stalking. (or is that the whole point? did our hubbys get to you guys? ;) ) I don't think it confused anyone as the newbies then knew to ask the stalkers when the challenge was posted, etc just by posting in the stalking threads.
Is there not a way to still have the stalking threads within the challenge forum? Maybe our own sub-forum within the challenge forum? We could even use the TLC, SC, CC, WT, LS in our titles so we'd know what it was we were stalking. Just a thought.
I agree with Amber -- can't we please keep one thread under the challenges like we have for our CCRAK list? If we keep the chatter to just one thread it should still help all the newbies out and still keep us in the forums waiting for the challenges.
I'm with Amber and Sherry - we know right where to go and the new ones know where to find us - we also answer a lot of questions that would just bother you and this way it frees up your time. Please don't take our thread away from us - well, please don't move it. Please, please, please! We all enjoy s/talking when we have time and know where it is now!
I'd like to add that I don't even know where Fun and Games is - see, I'm lost already. We've formed a sisterhood and it means a lot to those of us who have come to know each other through our thread - please don't break up the family -new members are always welcome with open arms!

I go along with Amber and Sherry......that is the whole point of that thread...to 'stalk' the challenges.......I only found that thread because of its location......and I have made many stamping friends because of its location....please reconsider your decision.....one of the reasons I love this site is because there is a place in the challenges for the stalkers to anticipate the next challenge....we have gotten to know each other and offer support....the thing we have in common is the challenge forum....please leave us there or create something like the CCRAK thread in the challenge forum for stalking................please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm with these other ladies!! If at all possible!! I know for myself, that sometimes I'm checking in and out and if I have to go search for the thread I'll get confused (much less any newbies who would care to join us!!) (putting on my most charming smile while I say PLUUUUEEEZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!)
Please please please let the stalker threads stay where they "belong".. with the challenges.. afterall, that's what we're doing..stalking the challenges!
Could someone please tell us why the stalkers cannot have their thread in the challenge area????? For Pete's sake.....it certainly isn't huring anyone there!!!!!!!!! We all love to go there and chat when we have time and wait for the next challenge. It is one of my favoite parts of this community.
It all began when someone started following the challenges and waiting for them to get posted...thus the term stalking...then came S/talking...stalkers that chat with each other awaiting the new challenge's. Which turned into a group of friends that chat and do the challenge's together...does this make any sense at all?
I'm in total agreement with letting the stalkers be where they have always been -- I don't stalk often -- but when I need something or have a question -- I know ALWAYS where they are and I ask a question and it is IMMEDIATELY answered -- that is a HUGE thing to know where you can always go for an immediate response -- Stalkers belong at home, in the challenges!!! I agree totally!!! Thanks --
Totally...it's hard to stalk a challenge in a different thread...I thought that was the whole point? And who is it hurting....someone complain about it!?
To the Powers That Be ~~ Please don't move us!! I feel I've come to "know" so many of the stalkers because we all share one thing ~ we love to do the challenges and are *anxiously* waiting/stalking for the next one!! What sense would it make for us to stalk somewhere else?? Please let us stay!!

Not sure what exactly we challenge chasers would be stalking in the fun and games area???....add me to the list of those who hadn't ventured there yet.
Please let us stay with the challenges....I think we appear more welcoming where everyone can see us. Off in a corner could make us appear sort of exclusive. I think we all want to be friendly-the more the merrier as we all improve by doing the daily challenges as often as we can!

I agree, please allow us to stay in the Challenges area, it is too hard to find otherwise and it tends to make us seem like we are not welcome there. We are all a group of friends that want to stalk the challenges, like the LOSTIE group and such. Allowing us our own area would not hurt anything, would it?
Has anyone specifically e-mailed the powers that be to find out what is up?

I agree with what everyone else has said. The stalker threads don't fit into Fun & Games because they are specific only to the challenges. So, here's my vote to move it back!
Even though I haven't stalked in forever....I agree with everyone to keep the stalking in the challenge threads. The whole point of stalking is to wait for the challenges (well, that AND chatting ..he he!) So it doesn't really make sense (to me) in moving it to Fun & Games. I can just forsee a problem with a ton of new threads being started in the same day, KWIM??
On that note, let the stalkers s/talk in challenge forums!!

There's a fun and games forum? Hmmm, new to me. Please let us stay in the challenge forum, I always know where to go and it's easier to keep checking on the challenge that way.

I agree, don't know where to go to find Fun and Games except to click on Jeanne's link. S/talking the challenges is my wake-up in the morning. It's fun to lurk or join the conversation if there's time before starting the day. Don't think it will be as easy to go somewhere else to s/talk with friends several times a day and look for the thread. Please leave us where we are.

I agree with Melody and all the others. I think if the stalkers thread is not moved back to the challenge page then it will just die. The stalkers thread has been really informative. I know it will be the end of it for me. Last night I was chatting a bit and all of a sudden I couldn't find the thread I was on. I refreshed and it was gone. No warning.

I'm flexible too.. but I'll be honest.. I didn't know how to get to the Fun & Games forum either, until I was pm'd the link. Maybe we can have an official PM'er everyday? ;) (I'll be the PMS'er..hehe)
We're trying to make things nice and easy for newbies. Like I said earlier, we're still going over the comments and suggestions we've received. We'll post here sometime tomorrow. Thanks!

ohmygoodness I've been flip-flopping everywhere trying to find out where I'm supposed to be and then where I am when I get there! Please, oh please...put us back in the challenge thread!! (Dipping head and blinking eyelashes really big!!) Please...!
I so agree with everyone else. Having all the chatter in one place makes it harder for people to find us. I know i would not have started chatting as much as I do now if the thread wasn't right in with the scrapbook challenges. Please put the stalker and scrapper chat threads back where they belong.
After considering everyone's comments and suggestions, it has been decided to let the s/talkers s/talk in each of the challenge forums as it was before.
If you have questions, feel free to post them here. I will do my best to answer them.
