Sunday Uploads to Gallery?

Is the No-Upload-Sunday rule still in effect? I know that moderators can still upload anytime, but there are a lot today that I don't even recognize the usernames, so I'm pretty sure they're not mods. I count 83 with today's date. Sometimes Sunday is the only time I have available, but I respect the rule and don't do it. Is it still the rule?

I had no idea that fan club members got instant approval!!! I had wondered why my uploads always appeared right away! When did that happen? That's fantastic!

How do I become a fan club member?
Would that allow me to look in all the galleries?
There are some that say I do not have permission to enter. What do I have to do. I am new here sorry

Sunday is still no upload day... it's the day off for the gallery moderators. A lot of people don't realize it, so we have a lot to do on Sunday night/Monday mornings. If you are a fan club member, you get automatic uploads, so feel free to upload any day.
