Oh nice choice Darcy. And it is perfect for me as I did not get a chance to do MC's challenge during VSBN. Thanks chickadee!

Okay, so I just spent the last half hour looking through the gallery pictures of some of the regulars for the SC and is it just me or does doing these challenges make your pages get better and better? I know that my pages have gotten more creative and my ability to use colors and patterns is better, too. Is anyone else finding that benefit by participating in the challenges? I just love that we have this forum to learn, share, and encourage!

I agree my scrapbooking had gotten better. I think finding good sketches for the pictures is what works for me, but also learning from others through the challenges. Just to show - we never stop learning!

Definately. It gives my pages variety that I probably couldn't accomlish on my own, and they break me out of my comfort zone. They make me be more creative by trying to use photos and embellishments I have in new ways.

I know for me...the sketch challenges have really helped balance my pages. For me...on dps...it is diff. to get everything to balance out...so I just use a sketch and have someone else do the "hard" part for me!

The challenges totally stretch your creative abilities and give me just the boost I need to try something different. Here's my shot at this week's sketch:

I totally agree with that one Susan!! I KNOW I can always come over here for some awesome inspiration from any one of these scrappers and case some...doing the sketches are a BIG challenge for me, but it's an area I know I need to work on...so I push myself to try them out and I do notice how much more improved I seem to get with my pages every month or so!! I LOVE this forum for sure!!;)
