Well Kookie and I have been talking and it is time to plan the 2nd annual gathering here in the Great Northwoods. I am putting my feelers out to see how many of you would be interesed in coming back and how many new faces we can meet in October. What do you think!
QC questions already GEESH! LOL! just putting it out there who knows maybe no one will want to come! Last years had quite a chain reaction,so I am hoping they will!!
But as to your statement YES it is an evil plot to torture you MOOHAHA!
I would be interested - my sister lives in Merrill. Didn't start reading the forums here regularly until after registration for the inaugural had closed. A lot would depend on date as have some major implementations coming at work in the fall.
Well- I guess I could come again this year HEHE :P

Count me in!! I know a couple of new people who would love to come to the next one also!! They were so jealous when they saw all my great cards I got at the last gathering!! Keep me posted!
I just ran across this thread Schrades. Sorry that I didn't respond sooner. I'M COMING!!!!! Lana and I are going to room together (which I'm a little nervous about) because she SNORES!!!!!!!! I think I'm going to fly into Madison and we will make a road trip up to Northwoods. It will be like Thelma and Louise (or something like that). LOL :lol: :P
Ohhhh, I can't wait!!!! I'm so excited. I just need the date so I can mark it on the calendar with a SHARPIE!!
Lets remember folks that some of us have no idea where "north woods" is Minnesota? We also don't know where "schofield" (the original poster's location) is either!
OMG OMG OMG Michelle is coming???? Well I would be nervous too if I was rooming with Lana ;) I will help you out for a while, but I can't stay all night I would doubt :( Oh well it was a blast last year so it will be more fun this year!!!
Schrades are you looking in the same area (way to many hotels around Schofield!!)?? Or towards Wausau a bit more??
not sure of exact date-- and "northwoods" is central and Northern Wisconsin-- schofield is smack in the middle of Wisconsin--- and just for future reference (now this is a joke everyone) we Wisconsin folks don't want to be confused with those Minnesota folks!! :oops: Now everyone take a breath, that was seriously a joke!! You know I love you!
BTW Thanks for the card! I don't have that set! I really loved the card! I am having a workshop at my house on Sat. so hopefully I can get it with my order!!

You can count on me coming in October but I would be happier about it if I see you in May. I'm sure that I can get my traveling crew to come with me too - Donna and Nancy and maybe even Cheryl.
I noticed too that Pinefeather is chomping at the bit for your gathering but she could only think about coming to Milwaukee and then I never heard any more. :( Well, at least Robin is working on being here. NJ to WI works but not MN to WI - go figure !
I also heard about a way to handle a gathering that is larger, in regards to the shoebox swaps. I'll pm you with the info just in case your participation doubles.
I only have 13 more spaces available for May 21st and I sure would like to see your registration soon. Don't disappoint us - we really want you to join us.
sorry Stephanie, its coming I'll get it out there tomarrow. I am just having a hard time because we got snowed out of the last one - no refund.

The thinking is actually more than that - I am planning on coming to Milwaukee! Just haven't getten my forms together and in the mail yet. I had to do some schedule checking with work and everything and it looks like a go from that end too.

I have my girls' dance recital the weekend of the Milwaukee gathering...otherwise I would be there and take you up on the ride.

Please, please don't have it on Oct. 15th or Oct. 22nd. We'll be at Disney then and I don't want to miss this gathering! Otherwise, plan on our crew (Stephane, Nancy and I) to be there!!

I am as excited as all of you. We are still working on the exact date. October is 7 months away yet....course by the time you set a date to have registrations in by and have the plans into motion, and of course there is the time it takes for preping and cutting and designing swaps....Schrades! We need to get a move on, times a runnin' out!
Last year was such a BLAST, how could we not do it again! :lol:
