I just couldn't believe how many animals and sports sets were retiring- seems like every sport under the sun was covered on that list. I can't wait to see what replaces it all.
Here is the retired list, by category. The number before the T- number is the catalog page number from last year. If you are using an ismyangel.net site to look these up, the category is the more useful designation.

(You'll have to look up the set to find out it's original price, as I don't have last years catalog. I actually used Chris's site to find the sets- once the list is sorted by category they aren't hard to find... but it was tough when I was trying to find them all to work on sorting them!)
Thanks for taking the time to share...I just placed a HUGE order a month ago and am anxious to get it so I can start playing (I'm in Canada thus the delay!).
I got my order today- I CAN NOT believe how fast that was- I emailed it in Monday morning!
And, silly me, in my rush/ excitement to get 5 (yes FIVE! I never order that many at a time) new stamp sets for just over $30 I forgot to put a Gift With Purchase stamp on my order :( Bummer.

wHAT DO YOU MEAN 2005/2006 WE ARE ALREADY INTO THE 2006/2007 CATALOG.
are these sets that were carried over into the 2006/2007 catalog and are now going to be retiring.I just want to make sure I am getting this right.since if there are any stes that I want I put in for them soon.And when is the deadline to order these sets before they are gone.

TAC didn�t announce a retired list for its 05-06 catalog, stamps from that catalog were still available for purchase even though the new catalog came out.
The deadline to order is 31 December, and none of the stamps that are retiring are in the new catalog. All the retired stamps are offered at a 30% discount! :p
so these sets are for sale right now then after the 31st od dec they will be put on the retirment list.and once the new catalog come out they won't be available .
After 31 December they can no longer be purchased ~ ;)
