Default Decorating Ideas!!!

I am doing an SU demonstration in May. These ladies feel that cards are best from the dollar store and they would rather see home decorating ideas using stamps. Does anyone have some suggestions... I do plan on wowing them with a great card, but I am not sure else they would be interested in. Any help would be appreciated.

If you had a spare piece of drywall, a wooden stool or tiles (to make coasters). You could stamp on them.... Hope that helps

Default Decorating Ideas!!!

When I go to a fellow demo's house for meetings, I am constantly amazed at the things in her house that are stamped. In her bathroom are stamped towels, a stamped toothbrush holder, etc. Some of her walls are stamped. She has a stamped lampshade. The list just goes on and on. Anything that will hold still long enough can be stamped - it's just a matter of technique (and the right ink)! Good luck with these ladies!

I was just at our local boutique and they had some Really Cute magnants (sp?) made out of the oval large size clear glass beads you can find at Michaels or Robert's crafts by the floral section. They had cute decorative paper behind them and others had the cute little words stamped on the paper like "Dream" etc. I think you can adhear the paper to the glass with the crystal effects and then you just glue a little round mag. to the back. Very cute with the new wood edge metal note boards that are so popular now. I think some of the fun treat containers (like the 2-4-6-8 box or the paint can is really fun also) Good luck!

How about stamping on tissue paper or wax paper and cutting and embossing it onto candles? That's always a good one! They are great for votives with Watercolor minis, or anything really.
Here are samples from the gallery:
