Default Folding Birthday Book aka Exploding Card

There were some requests for directions for making this book:

Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

So I have attempted to write the instructions. I don't have a scanner to draw out the pictures, so hopefully it makes sense. You can share these instructions because I am sure they are out on the web someplace, although I couldn't find them anywhere. The corrected word attachment is below.

I'm having a bit of trouble with the folding. I can't seem to get the outer two solid squares to come out on the outside. Therefore my ribbon is screwed up. I need more of a visual. Your card is great and I CASED it for a 50th birthday gift with the Going Out of Style set. Now if I could get it folded.... Gail Y

fourchildren,

The attachment is on the first post and says:

Folding card aka Exploding card.doc

If you have Word you can open the file, save, and print it.

HTH,
Valerie

Default Folding Card aka Exploding Card

Hi 11Valerie11!

Help! This is my first post. I'm new member and must be doing something wrong but I can't find the attachment on your first post for the directions for the exploding card. I't's one of the most prettiest cards I've seen!

Valerie:
Thank you so much for the directions for the "exploding card". I downloaded them and just made my daughter a wonderful birthday card. I was so worried about whether or not I could fold it but your instructions were perfect!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I can't wait to give it to my child! Patti
P.S. I would upload my card but it is too big for my scanner!
