Default Cheapest place to get clear transparency paper (film)?

Where is the best and cheapest place to get transparency film? I looked at Staples and they were outrageous! So I just went to the copy center and asked her how much they were and she gave me a couple sheets for free. But I am in LOVE with how it looks on cards - shakers, etc. and wanted more! Thank you for all your help - you guys are always SO helpful!!

I got mine at Walmart. I think it was $3.85/$4.85 for 10 sheets. Can't quite remember.

I bought mine at Staples (their own brand ... Staples) and it wasn't expensive at all. Something like $4.99 for 10 sheets.

Default transparency sheets

Did you try Sam's Club or BJ's ? They usually have quite a decent office supply section and pretty cheap.

I didn't want the large quanity of overheads that Office Max had, so I went to their copy section and they sold me some for a quarter a piece.

Do you remember those clear page protectors that have the black paper liners and fold around a sheet of typing paper? They're the cheapest form of acetate windows I've found. I use them for shaker windows and for a template to mask my faux postage. It works just fine for me and is waaaaay cheaper than overhead transparency film.

I just got mine on Viking.com yesterday. It was $13.88 for 100 sheets. I think that will last me a lifetime!! The code is AL2-PP2500.
