Default Which March special set are you getting????

I can't decide!! I know I want sincere salutations, but other than that nothing JUMPS out at me. I am afraid to not get the other ones, because they are such a good deal. SOMEBODY convice me that I need to get them all. I know everyone RAVES about Lovely as a tree, but I just don't see the excitement in it, tell me what am I missing????????

I am only getting Sincere Salutations and Stipple Celebrations...I already have Shapes and Shadows...

I figure with Sincere S and Stipple C you can make a card for just about any occasion and at the prices you just can't beat it...

If you don't have Shapes and Shadows already that is a great set. I love making cards with that set and as a plus if you have small kids I sometimes will stamp the outline stamp all over a piece of white and make a card front for them to color in to "make" their own cards and then attach that to a colored cardstock card (not SU that is Mommy's play stuff) - I do this a lot for Birthday cards and thank you cards that come from them.

I broke down and bought all of them, except Lovely as a tree. I don't think I would use it much, bt I know someone will post a great card with it and then i'll need it.

I'm getting Shapes and Shadows and Lovely as a Tree (already have Stipple Celebrations, Summer by the Sea, and Sincere Salutations!).

Stipple Celebrations is so versatile--unless you hate that style, I would definitely get it. I have used it recently for masculine birthday cards and really sweet baby cards. And the matching wheel is great too!

Default March Forward -- which sets

As a demonstrator...I already have Sincere Salutations. But, I was excited to see Lovely as a Tree and Summer by the Sea. I've been eyeing both for a very long time. Lovely as a tree is great. I've seen a lot of really nice examples made with the set. It's a very versitile set. I've seen it done with brayered backgrounds, I've seen the mirror image type technique done with it. It would make a nice masculine card. I'd check out the gallery before passing on the 1/2 price opportunity. I've also debated on getting Shape and Shadows, I've seen lots of cool ideas with that set to. Summer by the Sea, I just love the sketch look...in fact I debated between that and Seaside Sketches, glad I opt'd to by Seaside Sketches, so that I could get Summer by the Sea at 1/2 price.

Shapes & Shadows and Stipple Celebrations.

I have all the others already and well, mamakimberly of SCS says I should get Shapes & Shadows.

I can't disappoint mamakimberly, can I?!?! If I don't post anything with that set, mamakimberly will know!

I am getting them all except Summer by the sea. That is just not my taste. Don't know how much I would use Lovely as a tree for cards, but I thought it would be good for scrapbook pages.

Definitely Sincere Salutations. I got Something to Celebrate 2 months ago because I wanted to do my baby announcements with it. My demo actually bought it for me as an early baby gift - isn't she awesome?! Unfortunately that was right before we found out i would 1/2 price in March. oh well.
Anyway, if you do a lot of birthdays and baby cards, it is an awesome set. Look at the gallery for some GREAT ideas.
I am not a fan of any of the other sets really. I know, I know - I'm weird.

I'm a demo, so I got Sincere Salutations as a "Thank You" from SU! already. Love it!

So I ordered Shapes & Shadows, Lovely as a Tree, and Summer by the Sea.

I'm sure I'll end up getting the other two.

Ok, so maybe I just had to justify ordering all of them, but I just worked out that if you buy all six, that is a saving of $91.91 Who can resist???

I have to get Shapes and Shadows because I have seen so many cute cards with it. It seems like everyone I know is either getting married or having a baby, so I can't pass up Something to Celebrate. As a demo, I have Sincere Salutations. I hate to say this, but I just don't understand what the allure is to Lovely As a Tree. I'll have to check it out in the gallery. I may need some convincing to get that one.

I am a demo so I have the Sincere Salutations. I think that I am going to get all the others. I have seen some cute ideas with each of them. I am still trying to build my stamp colection so I can't pass this up.

Penny Hall, I'm with you! I also already have Summer By The Sea. I'm definitely going to order Sincere Salutations and Lovely As a Tree. I can't decide about Shapes and Shadows. Not really my style, but makes some awfully cute cards!

I only HAD to buy two since I had all the rest    . I use Lovely as a tree all the time, makes great cards. I have really gotten into using Shapes and Shadows. I have used both at my last two workshops and many sales from them, along with Sincere Salutations. It seems everyone is getting Sincere Salutations.

I'm kind of like you about Lovely as a Tree. I like it okay, but don't know if it's "me". However, so many people do and I make cards for all sorts of people. It might make a perfect card for someone you know!

I'm probably getting Lovely as a Tree, Shapes and Shadows, and Stipple Celebrations. Shapes and Shadows has grown on me a lot and I think I'd use it like crazy. It's incredibly versatile! Stipple Celebrations I plan on splitting the set up and giving 2-3 stamps with 2-3 kid's SU stamp pads for kid's birthday gifts!

Good luck deciding. They are incredible deals! (And I was going to try and be good this month on buying stamps! Oh well!)

Smiles,
Donna

I already have Sincere Salutations, Shapes and Shadows (I got it pretty recently - I wish I'd waited, but I had no idea it would be on sale!), and Lovely as a Tree. I was thrilled to get Stipple Celebrations at such a great price. I got Something to Celebrate because I have a daughter getting married (and another wedding coming up that another daughter is in), and there will be bridal showers and such. Actually, I'd love it if SU came up with more wedding/shower/baby sets!!

And I got Summer by the Sea even though it's not my favorite - for that price, you can't lose. And I'm going to practice my watercoloring techniques with it!

I already have Stipple Celebrations, and I've justified that since Sincere Salutations will be in the new catty, I'll wait. But I MUST have Shapes and Shadows, that is just my kind of set! The rest aren't really my style.

I'm getting Summer by the Sea (can't wait to do more watercolouring), Sincere Salutations (b/c if you're not a demo why WOULDN'T you buy this 50% off?!?!?) and Lovely As A Tree (I've been looking for a good masculine set, and I think I finally found it!)

I just ordered Stipple Celebrations. It was on my wish list when it was a hostess set last year, I just wasn't able to have a party big enough to get it. I'm glad I held off! I already have Sincere Salutations & Shapes and Shadows. I don't think I'll get any of the other ones since they are not really "me".

First on my list is Sincere Salutations and then Shapes and Shadows. I think they are very versatile and I'll use them a lot. I'd like to get Lovely as a Tree. We'll see about that.

As a demo, I already have Sincere Salutations!!!

I also already have Lovely as a Tree and Shapes & Shadows.

I've been thinking of getting Stipple Celebrations (I had this before and traded it and then wanted it back right after I traded it  ) But now since it's 1/2 off, I'll definately get it.

And I was thinking of getting Summer by the Sea. I don't have anything like it and have seen a couple things done with it that I like. So I might get that one as well.

As for Something to Celebrate. I just don't like it. :(

I never use my Lovely As A Tree. I thought I would, but it's just not my style. I already have Stipple Celebration and Sincere Salutations. So, I'm going for Shapes and Shadows. Which when it first came out I didn't think I liked until I started seeing cute cards here using it.

All of them! As soon as I decide against one, there is the cutest card or project ever using it! I had sincere and shapes already - but that summer by the sea is so wonderful to work with and I never really gave it a look before!

Sincere Salutations
Lovely As a Tree
Summer by the Sea
Stipple Celebrations

These are ones that I have marked off as wanting but were never at the top of my list. Now that they are 50%, I'd be crazy not to buy them.

My suggestion, check them all out in the galleries. Once you see all of the great ideas, you'll fall in love with them!

I've already got sincere salutations and lovely as a tree, but plan on buying the other four. Shapes and shadows and stipple celebrations were already on my wish list, and the other ones are such a good deal I just can't pass them up!

I just got Sincere Salutations and love it...got Lovely as a Tree last November. So I'm getting Summer by the Sea and Shapes and Shadows.

Can't wait for the brown truck next week.
