Today I was at M's and I saw CTMH "Cherish" books on the rack with other idea books and magazines. Can any CTMH consultants tell me how this came to pass? I thought they were only available through a CTMH consultant.
I was wondering the same thing! I finally broke down and bought my Cherish from a CTMH consultant, and then the very next week I was in Michael's with a 40% off coupon that I "needed" to use...and there's the Cherish book. I wasn't too happy that I paid full price and could have gotten it for 40% off.
The Cherish book is the only CTMH item that can be bought in stores. If you buy it through a consultant it is $21.95. The price used to be $29.95. It was some legal issue and CTMH could not keep the people from releasing it to the public. The lawyers found some loophole.
Cherish was always going to be released into the book market, it is not an exclusive CTMH product. Jeanette wrote it with the intention of widespread release, provided that CTMH consultants got a 1 year exclusive. There is a plan to have a series from what I understand.
The book is excellent and is a great resource!

I love this book and want it badly. I went to 2 stores in the Omaha area and neither of them have it. Anyone in the area see it!!! I'd buy it from a rep but I really want to use the coupon so I can use the extra $$$ to buy other goodies. I'm in the gotta have it all club.
I have never seen it in the stores so I am not sure where they sell it at. Sorry:confused:

It's just under $20 at Amazon. For those of you who have it, what do you love about it? And for those of you who passed, why didn't you think it was worth the money? Would love some thoughts here...
I bought Cherish last year from my CTMH demo and I love it. I suffer from creative block when it comes to scrapbook layout design and this book helps me so much. I pick the layout based on number of pictures and orientation (portrait or landscape) and run with it. The hard part is picking out the papers and colors to use, but once I do that, putting my pages together has been a breeze. I recommended the book to a couple of my friends and they all love it.
I bought this today at my michaels for about 18.00 with the coupon. I was excited to see it and be able to use the coupon. Can't wait to read through it/.
My rep actually has a monthly challenge where she picks a layout and we each do our own pages based on that layout than she has little prize for the winner. Also, all people that are participating in the challenge got it for $18.71. Great deal and I love, love this book.
I would try amazon.com or walmart.com they have had it for around $20.00. I just saw it in Michaels today (of course I was looking for it) in the scrapbook section

The thing I love most about Cherish is that unlike most other "sketch" books it gives you cutting directions, not just an idea. You can make pages alot faster!
I just got it today at Michaels. It was just under $20 with tax. Keep in mind that the Michaels price is the original $29.95. I had to call four different Michaels before I could find one that had it. Glad I called instead of just driving there. Now to read it!
I got mine at Micheals also but only paid $15.00 with a 50% coupon.grabbed my copy right away. After browsiong thru it at the store it was a must have for me.Original price was $29.95.
