Scrapbook Sketch Challenge #3: All are welcome!
The sketch challenges are a great way to work on your scrapbooking style!
This week's sketch is modelled after a gallery image at scrapbook.com... I seem to have lost that image though? Sorry!

I did 2 for a 2 page layout in my 6x6 Vegas book
The colors are off on the scan, but you get the idea.

Took me a bit cause the kids were crazy last night and I'm not completely satisfied with the title, but here is my first submission for this challenge:

I love the scrapbook challenges. I just take whichever page I'm doing next and make it fit the challenge. It's been fun, especially when I'm stumped for ideas. I've got years to catch up on, so every bit that makes me move faster is a good thing! You'll see a lot of this redhead in the challenges because I'm working on his albums right now. He's 7 in these photos, but he's 14 now. 
So....here's mine. I'm angle challenged on the paper, but hey...the page is done! Yahoo!

All right. I have been trying to wait until my images were approved to add them to this thread, but my hubby wants the computer and it is getting way late. I need to sleep. So hopefully it will get approved soon. This is yet another in my wedding book which I am about 1/4 finished with, so these challenges have spurred me to get to work. Here's the link:

The challenge is to create a scrapbook page using the sketch that Kimberly has linked on the first post of the thread. Go to the first post of this thread and read it carefully, clicking on the links to see the sketch and Kimberly's finished product. HTH! |

Verda, Go to the top message here from Mama Kimberly. Then just click on the links where she wrote: "Here is the sketch" "Here is my page" it will show 2 examples and then you just creat a scrapbook page similar to those pictures posted. Basically all of the page examples posted all have a corner triangle in a contrasting color. Create your page with this in mind and build on that with your creativity. Enjoy! Nan |

scrap challange

So I'm glad I'm not the only one with a very late submission! I'm actually working these challenges backwards! I did #4 a couple days ago, #3 yesterday and will work on #2 in the next couple days!
