I like mine. I do use it quite a bit. It helps me get out of a color rut.

I love mine too. it really helps me when I'm stuck for a color combo. and it really helps me pick out combos that I otherwise wouldn't think of on my own.

Default Color Coach

I love mine. I use it a LOT. I can't believe that some of the colors actually look good together! To me it was well worth the $$$

I didnt care for it at first, but now I use it quite a bit. Some of the color combos are not ones I would think of, but they look great!

Default The Color Coach

The Color Coach saved me! I really needed it and use it alot! I have actuallylearned a lot from it, and makes stamping, and color coordinating, quicker and easier.

I like the Color Coach. I am color challenged, so I can use all the help I can find! When I first got it, I thought some of the combinations were "ugly"...but then I forced myself to use some of the combinations and the cards looked really good. So I guess the maker of the color coach knows more than I do about color! :o

Default color coach

I really like using my color coach...it helps get me out of ruts. Some of the combos I've never tried, but I think they would be an interesting contrast.

I keep mine in a drawer right next to my stamping desk so I can take it out whenever I need inspiration for cards when I don't really have any colors in mind.

Just my 2cents,
Sara

I use my color coach all the time.

I have a tendency to use only a handful of colors and the color coach is helpful in getting me out of that "rut" and getting me to try other color combinations.

I used mine a lot when I first purchased it. I has I have grown with my stamping I do not rely on it as much. I find myself using the SU catalog as much when looking for nice color combinations.

Being the non-creative type, I love mine. It really helps me figure out good color combinations so I don't waste paper stamping images and then not happy with my results. Suzanne

Gosh! I could have written this! I felt the same way. I kept looking at it thinking how could those color go together, but they do. And of course I got it because I know I am color challenged.

I also agree with mcost and pendant23. I would look at the color combos and think yuck. But the projects look great when you use it. I use it most when I have a lot of cardstock in a color that I normally am not drawn to. Mainly when I do stamp camps and I need a lot of cs for 10 of the same projects. I look it up on the color coach, pick 2-3 of the other colors suggested and it is a definate wow.....at least to me, how well it turns out.

I love mine as well. I too am creatively challenged, it has been so helpful to me. It was worth the money to me. There is a couple of posts here on SCS that also helps. A couple of people have compiled a list of their favorite combos, I will attach them for you.

Some of my favorite scrapbook pages were made using a color wheel I got at WM, I ordered the color wheel that SU! has simply b/c it is made specifically to match the SU! colors. I think that if you learn to use it you will definitely like it.

I use my color coach ALL THE TIME - even though I've got a lot of my favorite color combos memorized, I still use it to pick new combos. A must-have, as far as I'm concerned.

The problem with the Color Coach is that the colors on the wheel aren't true to SU colors. So when you look at the color combos on the chart they DO look yucky. But then go an pull out the actual CSs and you'll see that they go together nicely.

Personally I used to use the color coach a lot. But then I got brave and started trying my own color combos. Occassionally I'll go back to the wheel when I'm in a funk or when I realize that I haven't used a certain color in a while. I still find it helpful even if I don't go exactly with the suggested colors.

If you learn how to use it correctly, you will love it! It is so much MORE than just turn to the color and use what is appearing in the window. Get one, have someone show you all the ways to use it.

I use it all the time and I don't think I could stamp without it. My customers agree. I taught a whole class on the color coach.

I use mine a bit, but I am new, and absolutely have not a clue about colors, without it all my cards would be white & ______.
