In honor of the season premier of Grey's Anatomy, use your Valentine stamps early to make cards for your own McDreamy. These don't have to be Valentine cards you'll wait to use in February, but just an anyday card to say "I choose you" or "I'd choose you again".... or something cheesy like that! ;) Or maybe it won't be cheesy... how about something steamy instead! :mrgreen:

Need help linking a card? Follow these instructions!
1. Open 2 windows. One window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Got to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
Your done!

Sorry - don't flame me - I don't watch Grey's Anatomy *gasp*. I work nights, remember? (That's my excuse and I'm sticking with it!) I'm so up for this challenge. I love to make little cards for DH when he isn't expecting them. It makes him realize how much I use my stamps and that I NEED more!
Barb, I'm with you! I must confess I don't watch Grey's Anatomy, but I'll do your challenge anyway, Jen. Here's a Valentine's card from my gallery -- I had done it for one of the challenges in August's VSN. I promise to do another one tomorrow!

This was however the perfect reason to make my dh a "I'd do it all over agian" card. I'm off to go show him what I made but the suprise this time will be that its for him!

Well, I was going to watch season one over the summer with full intention to start watching this season, until I heard they were moving it to thursdays...I do NOT give up CSI for anything...but...he is mc DREAMY!!!
I'll try to do this today--later when working on the WT challenge also
My mom turned 80 yesterday (21) when I think of love, I think of her and dad---they had 58 years together before he died March 2005.
I don't think I've ever done this challenge before, cool! I made this for my hubby (kinda girly, but oh well), and I also as a "better" example of a technique I was explaining for WT78 with pastels...
Jen I don't watch much tv either........too busy grading papers and stamping! LOL Just attended a funeral for a 45 year old mom yesterday, which really helped put things into perspective. My DH, DD and DS will each get a card to say how much I love them. Thank you for the challenge, I love the name! Later today I'll have time to play after work.

Neat challenge, Jen, even though I don't know who/what McDreamy is. I was sorting my embellishments last night and came across some heart brads. I though, "hmmmmm....I'll have to find a way to use these before Valentines Day"! What a coinkydink!
This was a fun challenge. Just last week I bought these heart pins in Jo-Anns thinking they would be cool for Valentine's Day cards. So exciting to get to break them out now. Take a look at my McDreamy card....
Got an early start -- before going to work -- for my second card, but first 'official' card, Gallery at Splitcoaststampers for today's challenge. I'll check out everyone else's when I get home tonight. Even though I don't watch Grey's Anatomy, I wanted to do the challenge!
i do not watch it either. *gasp gasp gasp* and i did think of some yummy ice cream treat, but then DH informed me that is Patrick Dempsey. Does anyone else still see him as that nerdy lawnmowing kid from Can't Buy Me Love??? Anyways....DH and I are celebrating our 3rd anniversary next week, so this is PERFECT for the challenge. Sorry, Jen but I don't watch Grey's Anatomy either. However, I do absolutely agree with you that Patrick Dempsey is soooooooo McDreamy! I remember thinking that he was so cute when he was a teenage in "Can't By Me Love". I fell in love with him again when he made a guest appearance on The Practice several years ago. Enough rambling about Dr. McDreamy...maybe I should go rent season 1 of Grey's so that I can watch season 2. Thankfully we have TiVo, so I could watch both Grey's & CSI!
Jen (genie1314), we were typing at the same time...I loved him as the lawnmower nerd! He is even better with age! I can't believe that he is 40! He is hotter that ever now! I'm not sure why I don't watch Grey's Anatomy b/c I absolutely love Patrick Dempsey!
Okay, I must live under rock....I have no idea what you all are talking about. Nancy, I thought of McDonald's too. And as for tv, well if it's not on the Disney Channel, I haven't heard of it or seen it. I understand the concept of the challenge and will make a card for my own McDreamy.

1st challenge I've done all week. O.K. I had a head start without even knowing what the challenge was going to be. DH is on his way out of town (again) next week and I'm getting ready to leave little notes for him. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Thanks, Jen! I love the challenge - I need to make my hubby a sweetheart card for putting up all of my shelving in my *NEW* craft room (can you tell I am thrilled??). He deserves the mushiest, sweetest card I am able to make. I'll see what I can come up with. :S
