Wowsers! What a crazy morning. Sorry this is late...again!...my 3yo started school this morning. He is so sweet...I cried...I am really going to miss him.
Get on board the chipboard craze this week as you find Way's to Use Chipboard. I adore SU's new chipboard letters and tags, they are so much fun to use and lots of dimension to your project. For the challenge feel free to use as much chipboard as you wish on your cards, scrapbook pages or 3D projects. Feel free to use SU's On Board or any other company's chipboard shapes, even chipboard sheets are available at your local scrapbooking store. If you have any tips, I'd really love to hear them, especially tips on cutting those large sheets...I just bought some. I just can't wait to see all your ideas!
Please remember to put WT77 in your keywords section and post a link back here when you are done. If you are adding links to previously created cards, please limit to one or two and make sure you make a new one...after all, inspiring you to make something is what this challenge is all about.
If you need help getting started with chipboard, here are a couple great tutorial links by Jenn Balcer that have recently been added to the resources here on SCS.
I haven't had time yet to make a card for this challenge but I'll be playing along with you later this morning when the baby has a nap...gotta love those naps!
I made an "e" last week and then couldn't come up with something to do with it. Maybe this will get me going Julia! Thanks. PM me if you can come up with an "e" idea anyone!

How about making a card that says:
Know what I like about you?
Everything!

You can just cut a shape from a cereal box. No quite as thick, but it'll work in a pinch.

Someone here used the back of a yellow legal pad recently, hmmmm I'm thinkin it was the great Melody!!
Our last stamp camp, we used chipboard letters and here is my card I finally finished yesterday from that stamp camp. It was fun to use and I think I will try the cardboard idea otherwise I dont' have any.
Oh, yippee! My chipboard came yesterday! Now I won't have to faux it. I have 2 faux flowers in my gallery, one from a cereal box and one from a legal pad. Seriously, you can find that kind everywhere -- look in your pantry -- mac & cheese, popcorn, crackers, chips... you get the picture. Even gift boxes for ties, shirts, etc. you get from the dept. store. If you have to go faux, don't go out and BUY chipboard. You probably have all kinds of free stuff right in your cupboard.
Thanks, Julia, for a great challenge. This is gonna keep me from hoarding! :-D
I'm new to the challenges, I did my first yesterday and just finished my chipboard for this one. The pic is kinda blurry, but my 10 mo old is really mad at me right now for not paying attention to him. Here's my link! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

This is all new to me. Have been wondering what chipboard was. Haven't read about it yet even tho it is posted. My cheerios box may also have a whole in it. How about the piece of board that comes with the patterened papers so they don't get bent? I may try that.

I had started a journal last week and had a creative block. The chipboard challenge gave me some ideas on how to finish it. I covered one piece in patterned paper and painted the other piece. That stuff is addicting and I find the larger pieces hard to use on cards so a journal was a good fit.
my journal
I forgot to mention in the info that I used Basic Grey chipboard. I guess I'm still not awake.
Here's one from my gallery that I just posted. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Great challenge! I have no problem using chipboard ( my LSC last week was titled Ode to Chipboard) Here is one that I made a while back, but I will definitely be playing today! Gotta love chipboard....
Thanks for the great challenge Julia. I've had my chipboard for a while, and haven't done a thing with it! This should get me started, but first, I guess I better clean this messy house...see ya in a bit!
