I am Renee and I live on the Canadian Prairies. I have 4 great kids, ages 7, 5, 3 and 2 and a wonderful dh. I started stamping last fall when a friend of mine became a SU demo and, although I think I collect more than I actually stamp :lol: , I just love this craft. Until then all I had for a creative outlet was my stitching, which is another passion in my life. We homeschool our children and my oldest 3 really enjoy it when I pull the stamps out for art. They have made some thoughtful cards for their friends and I am always amazed at their creativity.
Anyway, I just stumbled onto this site yesterday and I just love what I have seen so far. Hope you have room for one more!

HI Renee....this is terrific, especially since there are so many Canadian Gals on line. I live near London Ont, and it is cold and snowy today...just right for stamping out the cold.

Welcome Renee! You are going to love it here. I used to sew too but since I started stamping hardly ever work on anything else. At least I can use some of my notions, ribbons, and embellishments on cards :lol:
I'm from the mid-northern BC area. I enjoy stamping along with everyone else. This is my time to relax?? My daughter will be having a baby next month. Still can't beleive it.
We own and operate an RV Park campground. So when that opens, not much time for stamping. So have to enjoy time now and start to get ready for the accountant!

). If anyone's familiar, great, if not...it's about one hour south of Ottawa. I have 4 kids ages 8,7,5 and 2. My husband and I also run a seasonal campground for half the year, which takes me from my house here in Athens, to the campground about 15 mins. away from here...so it's a little crazy around here at times
