Hi Tammy,
Please send me details about your shoebox swap. It sounds like fun even though I don't know what it is.

Ohio is *home* for me although I live in TX right now. Born & raised in Champion, OH (Warren). Went to school in Bowling Green, worked at Cedar Point summers in college, lived in St. Marys & Dayton. I got pulled over in Milan on my first day of work at CP. My license had been suspended because I didn't show my proof of insurance when I got pulled over for running a light 6 months earlier and I had a spat at the police dept. when I went to pay the ticket because they wouldn't take my rolled coinage (I was a waitress and poor at that since I was in college). So I didn't show it when I went to pay my fine...I had it with me, but they didn't ask and the spat made me forget. Anyways...my car had to get towed and I had $20 on me-apparently they should have had bail on me, but they let me go so I could take a taxi back. They really did feel bad for me. I had to go to Toledo to get my license reinstated and show that I was insured. What a PAIN...make sure you always carry proof of insurance to avoid an incidence like this...so Milan brings up that crazy memory. That pullover cost me about $200 overall. Birthplace of Thomas Edison. LOL!
So HI from TX. Archiver's just came to Cincy a few months before I left. Wish I had that store here. It's an awesome store...so is the stamp store on the east side of Cincy.
Welcome to SCS...I'm sure you will spend many hours here. :-)
