Can't be too bad. I mailed an exchange on Wednesday of last week and it shipped back to me on Monday this week. I think that's GREAT time!! Hopefully my Tuesday order will be as fast.
I placed an order last night and this morning it is in picking. I'm assuming I will have the tracking #'s by the end of the day.
Have you been waiting long for an order? I would call them and ask.
I haven had any problems. Orders placed on Sunday pm will arrive at hostess' home on Friday. That is 5 days. I always tell my customers 7 to 10 business days. I haven't had anything in the 10 days since last year after the move.
I placed an order Monday at 1:05 PM, received notification that it shipped at 6:00 PM that same day, and it is scheduled for delivery TODAY!! I would say that shipping hasn't slowed down. :lol: YAY!!

I placed a workshop order on Sunday evening and received notification that it shipped Monday and was complete! I think they are doing a terrific job now.
I placed an order on Valentine's day and it sat for 4 days in closed then I paid for 2 day shipping to only receive less than half the order...I just received the 2nd 1/2 about 30 minutes ago...in my opinion they are getting worse for us here on the east coast...and the people on the phones are ruder than ever...
I have to disagree. I am on the eastt coast and my shipping has been the latest it has ever been. I use to be able to place an order on a Monday and in 5 days receive it. Now it is running about 10 days to receive. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Where on the east coast? I'm in NC and I've gotten good response. I think less than 2 weeks for an exchange that I mailed is really good time.
hmmm..the party was on the 4th!!! :shock: I am thinking it is more the hostess than SU ....maybe she didnt close it for several days? wow....i so want my things!!! lol

I would call DS and talk to someone else. I know that most of the people at DS are kind as can be and they work really hard considering they get a lot of calls for things that are out of their control, like UPS. If you paid to have it 2nd day air it has to go out the following day. Are you a demonstrator or a Hostess. I would call your demonstrator if you are not and explain this to her.
I'm also in Kansas, and my orders have been shipping the same week! I put in several orders over the weekend, and they are all coming today and tomorrow - so 3-4 days between ordering and receiving.

Definitely sounds like the demo/hostess held the order over or has it and hasn't contacted you. I've had that happen before. Sucks big time. Start calling and bugging her, if the party was the 4th you should have had your stuff no later than the 11th.
Placed an order yesterday and it's due to arrive in Central Texas on Friday. That's pretty darn fast. I placed another order on Sunday and it's due to arrive here in Louisiana on Friday, too.
Even though they seem to be shipping fairly quickly right now, don't get your hopes up as Sell-a-Bration comes to a close. We all know that there will be tons of last minute orders placed, so I'd give your customers a heads up and if it comes fast they can be pleasantly suprised.
I placed an order Friday morning and it shipped second day air on Tuesday. My hostess will be getting it tomorrow. I didn't request 2nd day air; SU! just shipped it that way to make sure they are shipping up to speed over the holiday weekend, I guess!
It used to be I'd place an order Monday night and could count on getting in the following Tuesday. Now that they are at the new facility and they have knocked most of the kinks out of the system, I can place an order Monday night and receive it the following Monday. One day faster than it used to be before the move. I'm lovin' it!
I placed an order late Sunday night and it was shipped by the time I logged on Monday. According to the tracker it is suppose to be here today. Mr. Brown usually delivers between 1 and 2. I'm waiting, impatiently....
If you are having problems I would blame those folks in bronw, not SU.

I must live in some far off land. My one order was shipped on the 19th and it is due to arrive by Brown on the 28th, I have another order that was shipped on the 17th and due to arrive today(the 24th). We are Talking 7 or more days for it to arrive. I just get excited and want to use all the new things.
