Checking to see if any SCS members are going to the Heirloom Rubberstamp and Paper Festival at the Duluth, GA Convention Center next Saturday. I'm going with a few friends and wanted to know if anyone has gone in previous years and did they enjoy it.
OMG, take plenty of $$$ if it's anything like the ones I've gone to. Everyone has such great stuff, but take good notes b/c when you get home it's not always as easy as when the demo did it. Also take a camera. Some will let you take pics and that helps my memory. Be sure to ask permission, somedon't like you taking pics unless you bought something.

I am planning on going, but we are in the middle of some house renovations and not positive I can sneak out for a day. It is a good show but not as many vendors as a couple years ago. It used to be in the spring and they moved it to the fall and lost some vendors. Marco's paper will be there and they are a wonderful source for paper. People walk out with bags full of their stuff. Endless Creations and Morningstar Stamps have great stamps and I go just to get their stuff. Lots of others that I can't think of right now.
Do bring a camera, good walking shoes, and snacks. They do have a place to get things to eat and drink but it is pricey - rather spend my money on stamps. I take a backpack with a wallet and camera in it. I try to leave everything else at home, carrying around all that stuff gets heavy by the end of the day.
Send me a PM if you need more info.

I will be there. This will be my second year and I love it.
Like others said. Bring a camera and notepad to jot down some notes.
I kind of feel bad about going since I still haven't used most of the stuff I bought last year
I didn't see anybody trading last year so I wasn't planning on bringing anything.
