BEERSTAMPING!
Ok, Lana's got buttstamping, I'm inventing BEERSTAMPING~

My DH informed today I would need to use that "special ink" (stazOn) so I can stamp the bottlecaps of his beers so he can tell which is which (this is the 1st time he has so many different ones ready at the same time).
It is like Laverne & Shirley in here. DH brews, I cap them, and apparently now they are stamped as well. LOL  __________________

Darn! I could so get my DB(oyfriend) into the whole stamping idea if there was a beer stamp. Or anything to do with beer, besides my consumption of it! When you find one, let me know!

Ok MaryP, I posted my cards at the beginning of the thread.
Britta...I would make him put in an order for his own stazon pads~permission to get every color they have! Hey, if it catches on, you'll have beer brewers across the nation buying stazon from you! LOL!

I was really hoping for a pink elephant card from your beer stamping efforts! LOL
I like your cards! I'll have to try Bushwhacker, Bahama Mama, or Malibu stamping next weekend.  I have a headache tonight.

umm-I think I have most of them-but you have a good point-I think each type should be in a different color as well as letter!
(he never complains about the $$ I spend 'cuz I do all teh bills and banking! LOL)
PLUS each time he brews he needs some new gadget, and now he has 2 types of beer, AND 2 types of wine (which of course required new gadgets! LOL) __________________

Camsmom...I TOADALLY understand about being married to a
beer brewer!!!
Ummmmm, let's see...we have an extra refrigerator with soda kegs converted to beer kegs in them, hoses EVERYWHERE, bottles everywhere (even though he doesn't bottle much any more since he discovered how to convert soda kegs to beer kegs), a workbench JUST for brewing..., an electric drill to grind his grains (he does whole grain brewing)...
Ummmm...let's see...I've had one dark chocolate malt stout tonight that he made and I don't think I can have 2...I'm a lightweight, plus the homebrew is a little stronger than store bought beer...imho.
I finally have a hobby now after many years of not having one...So...he can't complain TOO much, since he spends a lot of money of brewing supplies and mail orders of hardware.

To go along with those pink elephants, I just posted a card (inside and out) I made for a friend a couple of years ago. She loved it! (Yes, I did send it to her; this is the copy I made for myself--pathetic, isn't it?) It's not showing up yet, but it's titled "Andy's card," inside and out.

I made a few of these pink elephants..... 6 in all. So, while I am waiting for my DD to come home tonight, I put a different 'spin' on the Pink Elephant theme....... Really, I have not been drinking.....

You ladies are all TOO FUNNY! Love the "beerless stamping" technique, the "creative background paper technique." That would be colorful depending on your meal before stamping! It isn't even 7am here, and I'm laughing out loud. I'm the only one awake!

Beer Stamping
You guys are cracking me up!!! I love the flying beers and the pink elephants and Fun Filled, well, orange is my favorite color so how could I not love it! I am starting to worry since it's Sunday AM and I'm thinking about having a beer! You just never know where inspiration will come from! If my DH were on this site he'd be wanting to swap stamps for beer with the home brewers! LOL

*LOL* Love this! HAte beer, but I'll have to go with Bailey's stamping or JD stamping or something like that. It might take more than two though... i had two drinks last monday and the room tilted for a brief moment or two and that was all that happened. Guess I can hold my liquor or something! *LOL*
