Katy, the "sheets" are unmounted. You would need to get the cling foam, stick the rubber to it, then cut like you would with SU. The difference is that then you use an acrylic block to stamp with. The side of the foam that is not connected to the rubber is "cling". It will stick to the acrylic blocks without adhesive or any fuss. It's not like clear stamps since you still have rubber and cushion. The same stamp "style" as rubber stamping, but you just have to peel and stick the image to the block when using it. The sheets come in these cool boxes that you can stick the stamps to when not using them. You can also stamp an index sheet to stick in there so you know which stamps are in which box.
Some of them are wood mounted. You can choose on the single images (and some of the "sets") to get them wood mounted. Just click on the drop down price list and check by the stamp number. They have a price for unmounted and wood mounted. I have the cracked mosaic stamp mounted back to back on wood (the pos and neg images). It was only $16.95 and shipping is GREAT at only 5%. I also have many of the unmounted images that have been mounted with the cling foam. They are very reasonable and a cool company to work with.
I just ordered from them as well, the mosiac stamp and some great 'stitches' stamps. One mounted, the other unmounted. Very nice quality and the shipping charges were low. Cannot wait to use them!!!
I am soooo excited i just ordered the stitches set for scrapbooking. I use only stampin up for my cards but this will be great for my scrapbooking. thanks a million for the discount code.:p
What a BUMMER!! I missed the sale by 1 day. :( I'm so sad... I seriously wanted that mosaic stamp. Hopefully there will be more sales in the future. I'll keep my eyes open for next time!!

Ok, ladies, I am all set to order the cracked grout background stamp (mosaics 2 (22.05 cracked grout mounted)) for $11.95. Are there any other supplies I need to order for this stamp, or does it come ready to go?
Also, what other stamps on that site do I need to add to my order? ;)

Sarah, you may want to get the back to back mounted stamp with the matching negative rubber. If you order them wood mounted, they are ready to go and all assembled. If you order the rubber only, you will need some cling foam cushion ($3.95 for an 8X11 sheet) and an acrylic block.
I like the FLOWERS alot! There are some beautiful ones! They also have great butterflies and some cool texture stamps. Happy shopping. LOL

Sarah, the owner of starving artists, Tracey, said that the paisleys are available in a smaller set and individually. She doesn't have those prices on the site yet, but says you can call her and order.

Hi all. This is just a heads up that the mosaic stamps are about to go up in price. If you would like to order them at the cuurent price, you need to order by late afternoon. I got an e-mail that detailed that change. ALSO.... there is a BIG sale coming later today with the full sheets of rubber. YAY!

So can we wait to order the mosaic stamps till later this afternoon ... once we see what the big sale is on the full sheets? I still haven't ordered the mosaic stamps ... but I might like to order a full sheet as well. Then I could combine the order into one. Or will I need to place 2 orders?

OMGosh, Jodi! I didn't post on this thread earlier, before but after seeing your mosaic samples I was checking out the site, saw the discount code and ordered a BUNCH of stuff from Tracey. Her stuff is so cool! The one thing I really wanted but controlled myself on was the pasiley sheet - so now I'm gonna be getting that too - 40% off is too much to resist! THANK YOU for the info and for the beautiful card samples.
