Default Postage Stamp Template ???

I just returned from convention and one of my favorite swaps was what I can only describe as a "Postage Stamp" card.
This resembles a block of postage stamps maybe 4 across and 4 down , the grids( boxes=postage stamps) are made with little dots ( my were all in black ink) and then your choice of image is stamped into each box , resulting in what looks like a postage stamp. I recieved 3 of these with various designs and they even had little numbers in the corner like a stamp does (ex:37).
I asked one lady how she did it and all I can remember is that she directed me to this site.
I am hoping that someone knows what I am describing and can help me with this one.
Thanks in advance and sorry I'm so wordy this morning,
Beth

Beate posted a fabulous tutorial on this. Just look under resources (on the top right of your screen) and scroll down the list.

HTH!

Here you go, Beth.
Look up to the top right hand side, in the gold strip, and see "resources"
click there and scroll til you find "faux postage" both the gallery and the tutorial. You will be very busy today having fun....

Trying this again. I tried attaching the one I used for my convention swaps, but must have messed up again. Trying again.
