Default Glass block lights

I just saw these beautiful lights in gallery. Does anyone know how to make these. I looked but couldn't find the instructions. Thanks for any help!

Here's the directions I downloaded from a thread somewhere on here. Sorry, I don't know who to thank for them.....but, they certainly sound like they would be fun to make, which is why I copied the directions. If these are your directions....THANK YOU!!!! And, please weigh in, so that we know they are yours.
