I am saving up for an order that I will be placing for myself sometime next quarter. I really would like Everyday Flexible Phrases but don't know that I really want to spend so much on that set. What do you think the chances are that it will retire? I know it just came out, but that doesn't necessarily mean it won't retire does it?? Should I buy it or use the money for other things? I am a scrapbooker and a stamper. Convince me one way or the other.

I absolutely love this set. Just when you think your card (or scrapbook page) needs just a little "something else". Just pull out Everyday Flexible Phrases and pop a little word in there and your problem is solved!!!
Works great on little tags, faux postage cards, etc.
I would definately get it.

Oh my gosh I LOVE Everyday Flexible Phrases !!!!!! I'm a definite BUY IT !!!! Especially since you're a scrapper too ! It is SO versatile ! I love it for peronalizing cards a little more. I can make "grandfather" and "grandmother" cards, I just did a bunch of valentine cards for my grandmother to give to my cousins that said "grandson" and "granddaughter"........The words are perfect to make tags for cards or scrapbook pages !!!! The possibilites are endless ! There was a thread awhile back, (sorry I don't have much time to look for it right now) that one of the wonderful ladies of this site posted that had all the sentences and things you could make using this set. Maybe someone else that reads this post knows where it is right off...........
Even if it does retire this year and I can't demonstrate it, I will still have many many uses for it for my personal cards and especially my scrapbooks.
HTH,
Shelley

This set is on my 'wish list' that keeps growing! I think I might order it for my birthday next month. What a great DH I have...he always buys me *exactly* what I want. I think it would really be a set that would get used a lot...well that's what I keep telling myself! hehe!
I would spend the money and get it. It's great! I only wish it had a few more words in it - I see a EFPII in the future, that will address these other words. I really don't think it is going anywhere, soon, as it is the designated set for new demos if they don't pick something else as their free set.
Just recently I received a catalog from a company called Paper Wishes. In it I found an amazing stamp. It's just like a date stamp BUT it is 12 characters wide with letters and numbers. The price - $39.99. This means you can make any word or combination of words/numbers up to 12 characters!! And no tiny little stamps to cut out and mount on lots of blocks! As much as I LOVE SU, this one is a no brainer for me.
Their website is www.paperwishes.com
EFP was on my wish list for a long time. When I became a demonstrator this month I bought this set and I'm so glad to have it! I've used it several times in the past couple of days making valentines. I can see that this set will easily become one of my favorite too! I say DEFINATELY get it! Does anyone know where to find the list of phrases that someone put together using the stamps in this set as another writer referred to?
New demo's get to choose a set from the catalog when they sign up during sellabration, and this is the set that will be sent if the new demo forgets to indicate her choice on her starter kit order form. I would think they would not be discontinuing this one so quickly.
I just sent in my paperwork yesterday! I decided to choose this set as my freebie because I thought it would be a very versitile set to have. It's the most expensive set in the catalog and I'm getting it with my demo kit! Yippee! I think it will be a great one to have on hand. ;)

Have a look through the catalogue and minis and see how many times EFP appears. You'll find it on nearly every other page!!! That was enough for me to be convinced it was worth it!
I just got this set and absolutely love it!! I have used it so many times already I agree with the last post. This set appears on nearly every other page in all cattys. I don't think it will be going anywhere. I also hope that they introduce EFPII in the new Idea Book and Catty. It is definately a must have set!
This set is a must have! I use it in scrapbooking for little tags and as a background in cards. I usually sell at least one of this stamp set at each party! All my scrapbooking friends love Everyday Flexible Phrases!! Get it! You'll be happy you did!
