Old SU Christmas set
I'm looking for an old SU set but can't remember the name of it. Can anyone help me? It's of the baby Jesus in the manger with animals around him and I think a star shining down on his face. I think it was in the 95 or 96 catalog. It was a pretty popular set.
There are 3 from the 95-96 catalog that fit your description...
Single stamp called Manger Scene that was $12.75 - solid image and on the bottom it says Silent Night Holy Night.
Single stamp called Super Nativity that was $10.95 - image you can color in.
Stamp Set of 8 called Nativity Set that was $13.95 (wood mounted) or $8.50 (rubber mounted).
The Nativity Set was also in the 96-97 catalog.
Does one of these sound like what you want??

I think I have Gift of Heaven -- if I do, would be glad to sell or trade for something....let me go check !

Rats! I still have Gift of Heaven in my stamp index (master of all the stamp sets I have), but the set itself is no where to be found!!!:( Either I sold it and forgot to mark it off my list or the set is grossly mis-filed and I will find it months from now when I'm looking for something else...darn...
Hope you're able to find it soon! Are you looking for any other old SU Christmas sets? (I have several Christmas & non-Christmas with angels and quilted items.)
