Default Must have from the new catty

What is your one MUST HAVE from the new catty? I am so disappointed, I dont have any must haves! There are things that I want, but nothing is calling out to me that I MUST HAVE it! I feel that this is so wrong!

Default must have

I MUST have a new catty!!!! I'm still waiting. My su demo only got 1 case in and is holding them until her other 5 comes in before she sells them she wants to make sure she has enough for her Catty Open House July 8th. Which I can't go to because I have to work... There wasn't much much haves in the 05-06 catty except frolicking frogs which I love. So mayve I'll have more much haves this year!!!!!!

Ok, everyone deserves to have seen this catty by now, I am sorry JulieHRR & Doodah...

I must have the new designer label punch and the First in Fashion Set and about 17 other stamp sets that I have already marked with little red flags. My demo is placing a little order for us tomorrow

Thanks.

I must admit it is frustrating, to say the least, to be a demonstrator that pre-ordered them back in May, and STILL have yet to see it. :(

I must have the new paper. I'm lovin' the colours more and more,
esp cool caribbean. There seem to be so many awesome colour combos.

Another thing I'm noticing is that the sample in the catty are just fantastic[. They seem to have really improved in the last two cattys. There are so many beautiful cards and layouts that have me so excited and wanting to case them.

Can you tell i'm in a colourful mood today

My FIRST must haves are not stamp sets, but the new tag corner punch for those pesky tag corners and the cutter kit that perforates. I am more excited about these than the stamps! That said, I really like many of the new backgrounds so I will get one or two of those as well as all the new colors.

Was anyone else disappointed there weren't new scrapbook albums since took away the vinyl ones last year?

Mixed Bouquet is a definite for me. I also liked some of the smaller background sets. (I have to go look at them again.)

I agree with the little tools on a chain. That looks like a neat idea.

I added up all the new colors of paper, pads, and re-inkers. I think it was about $70, which I didn't think was too bad of an investment.

I know there's more, but you said one thing, so I'm already over my limit.

Julie - I am feeling for you!!!!!! SU should know you boost their bottom line everytime you post one of your great creations!!!

anyway...

my must have is Mixed Bouquet...didn't get it last summer so glad it made it...

as far as totally new, new, new - not a whole lot of image sets are calling my name (yet...I am sure they will be once some of my favorite artists here at SCS start to use them)...but I am getting All in a Row...I think this is going to be a great little stamp set to add just a little extra touch to cards...ones where a background stamp is just too much....The only thing I wish is that they had made them ~5.5 inches long instead of ~4.25 - oh well that is why I have my trusty Stamp-a-ma-jig

as far as accessories...The Cutter Kit - I don't have a scorer and I just saw something the other day I wanted to do that used a preferator - so I need the Cutter...

No catalog here yet either, but from what I've read I know that I have to have the corner tag punch... I was sooooo hoping they'd have something like that!

I'm on that "catalog bandwagon" - but if you don't have Mixed Bouquet yet, it should be on your list!!!

Wow!! I must the only who hasn't looked through the whole catalog and flagged all over the place. However, as JP Mayo said the wheel that goes with the Unfrogettable set is really cool!! I want half of what is in the catalog, though and I can't wait to place my order.

I must have the jumbo circle wheel, the new In Colors, the new papers, the extension for my ink caddy, the cutter kit on the chain, and several stamp sets. Some of my favs are the hostess sets in level 1. Crazy, huh?

Does anyone else love Hip Hip Hooray? I think it's adorable! I'm going to a new catty open house tonight. I plan to order that, the neutral wcc set, a bg (either On the Spot or Word Search) and probably God's Blessings. Whole lotta stickies in my catty this time!

Aida background
the lilypad wheel that goes with Unfrogettable
Flannel plaid background
WWC neutrals pack

That's for starters; I'm sure there will be more later.

Red face

I think it is so very cool that Julie HRR talks on this website, she is so famous and talented.

I can not believe Stampin Up did not literally "hand deliver" a spiral bound copy of the catalog to her "well in advance".

And, give her ALL the new stamp sets to play with, so she could pump out samples for the gallery as soon as the catalog was released.

And that said, all of the above, for ALL of the Dirty Dozen!

I MUST have the Be Happy set. I absolutely love it. I went through and made two lists...one of all new stamp sets, and one of the sets that were in previous catty's. The only accessories I picked were the papers, the scrappin kits, and the chipboard letters.

I'm up to $1k in just those. That's not good. I decided I had to remove the price list and prioritize. That Be Happy set had to stay.

I must have the sunflower set!

I love this whole catty. The chipboard shapes are great.

So sorry to those who don't have it yet. Just got mine today, I know how you feel.

I loved this catalog! I got it yesterday and looked thru it briefly but I am saving the *combing through* for our trip down to our camp. I don't own any jumbo wheels but there are a couple I must have. Plus, I absolutely adore the hostess set, "Blooming with Happiness"! I need to find more houses to clean ;) !

Cool Caribbean cardstock, ink pad and refill
Cranberry Crisp cardstock, ink pad and refill
Beyond that, there's very little in this catalog that I MUST have. I'm kind of glad. Of course I typed up my wish list right down to my lowest priority things and it still added up to over $700 so even though I don't "NEED" much, I still want alot.

I must have ... Flannel Plaid, Well-Worn Words, Letter Prints, Be Happy, Quirky Quips, the Rough Around the Edges Wheel ... and about 50 other things! I love the retro Mix & Mingle and Stay Tuned. Yes, Hip Hip Hooray is on my list there somewhere, too. I think its adorable!

I dunno yet, I really like the chef one.. Voila I think is the name. I also like some of the retro stamps and several jumbo wheels have caught my eye.

I'm definitely planning on getting the naturals WWC too.

BTW Thank you again to my upline who gave me a copy of the catty because just like JulieHRR, I preordered my catties in May (the first day you could do so) and I still haven't gotten them. I think they have been delivered now tho, now my apt manager needs to bring them to my apt!

Oooh, I'm so excited to hear that the samples are fantastic. I though last year's sample were great too and CASEd lots of them, but now I'm really excited for this years! The catty is worth so much more because of those fantastic samples (I've quit buying regular idea books).

I agree with the original post.....While there are lots of nice sets, tons of cute sets, there just isn't a "must-have" (like Heartfelt Thanks last year!). I am loving LOTS of the wheels, tho, and I think the pirate set and wheel are just adorable, but I wouldn't use them enough to justify getting them. I think if I had to pick a must-have it would be Booglie Eyes because I teach preschool and the kids will love them with wiggly eyes on bag toppers or something! There are a couple winter ones that I need to get too.

I'd say the #1 thing would be the Flower Fest set. I also want the new colors (inks and papers), the wheels to go with Simply Said, and the new Paisley Bg. I love all of the new wheels!

I haven't even SEEN the new catty yet (I pick it up in the morning), but I know I have to have the new colors/cardstock, and I have to have Blossoms Abound - the cards I have seen with this set are spectacular!

If I had to pick one stamp set, it would be Artfully Asian.
One accessory, it would be the 2 punches that punch out ovals to fit Hardware Hodgepodge.

I saw the new catty this morning and I wasn't impressed with a whole lot of the stamps. I do like the new two sided paper and some of the punches. I am also glad that they have the WCC by family now, even thought I have the set from last year. Now I can get the neutral ones.
