House mouse angel policy

Does house mouse have an angel policy? I've been asked to make some set for someone and just wondered what I need to do legally.

I believe the house mouse angel policy is that you MAY NOT SELL anything with a House Mouse image on it. Period. I have a catalog somewhere...I'll look in it and see, but I'm pretty sure you cannot sell anything using their images.

when I first started out, I was selling my cards. I was collecting the House Mouse stamps because they are just too cute, but couldn't use them because of their strict angel policy. I quit collecting them. Now that I am not selling cards anymore, I am collecting again. I am double checking that policy, but I'm pretty confident that's it. It's been a couple of years since I started, so at the least maybe they have changed it.

I just emailed House Mouse a couple of weeks ago, and the policy is correct....you cannot sell anything made w/their stamps! bummer!!

Yeah...these guys have a catalog where you can buy all sorts of things with the HM images on them...mugs, stationery, etc. They sure aren't going to give somebody license to give them direct competition!

FYI, there are a LOT of companies whose "angel" policies are stricter than SU's, lol. There are a bazillion stamp companies out there, large and small, and they each have their own take on what they will allow.
