Wanna know what's in the new SU catalog?
Got this from a member of a Yahoo group:

The colours look like Mellow Moss, Chocolate Chip and one of the softer reds - Ruby?
looks like spring and the punch....yes

envelopes in packs of 20 for some and 40 for some, they look nice

on the spot
wild hearts (little teeny hearts and leaves on vines)

lots of big alphabets, old and new:

Neutral colour watercolour wonder crayon pack
spring flowers and spring showers paper
nice new punch shapes, ovals, smaller squares and circles to go with the bigger sizes,
new brads...in colour families

Thank you sooo much! I've been looking everywhere for any information! Every year I think that "I can wait" and I'll be waaaay more mature about it...and then like clockwork, a week or two before it comes I start acting like my impatient 2 1/2 year old son! Arghhh!
Again...thanks so much for passing this info on!

Wow, I'm so grateful this info was posted! I've always loved On the Spot, and since working with It's About Time for a few cards I think it is a great masculine set of images. Glad to see they will be available for a whole year!!!!!!

I am a former demo, and I don't recall any rule that prohibits non-demos knowing in advance what is in the catalog. I don't think there is anything wrong or anything violated by her posting the info.
Thanks for posting it!!! It's nice to have a sneak preview. It's only a portion anyway - you can bet there are a LOT of other new stamp sets and accessories that weren't posted about. We'll still all have a great surprise - plus none of us knows what any of this looks like. We only read about it, we didn't see actual images.

Let's not turn this into an "us against them" thing. The information has been shared, and we must remember that customers are just as excited as demonstrators are. . . .and that is exactly what we should have! Lots of excitement!

I agree with kerrym, I am a demo and have no problem with these little spoilers. If your customers are so hard-core that they're obsessively searching out info about the new catty, they're going to buy plenty of product anyway! I think all this anticipation and buzz can only be good for business.
Keep the info coming!

Just an FYI...I am NOT a demo. This was already posted on SCS, I simply cut and pasted it into a different link. I stated in the beginning that it was not my information. I have not seen a catalog.
I wasn't trying to cause a controversy, so I will not respond to any other negative posts, nor defend posting it after this email.
I am glad others have enjoyed the information.

AMEN!! I am a demo too, but was unable to get into the demo only site because I have not joined the group yet and I know my customers are excited as I am about the new catalog and who cares if anyone knows?! No one can order from it until July 1st! Besides, it's always fun to actually see that big beautiful catty come in full color to your door!!;)
So let the excitement begin! Thanks for all those sharing info!! It also helps demos like me that don't have the info yet!! So clap your hands together you all!! They're coming!!!

Thank you so much for posting this sneek peak. I to believe it is a good idea to give us non-demos a little taste. Just gets us that much more excited for that catty to get in our hot little hands. With this little bit of news, I have started my wish list already. We'll just be able to get our first orders into our demos that much faster. Thanks again.

What's the big deal?? Knowing can only help the demo's out. Maybe their customers are already making out their wish lists - I know I am.

I don't want to start anything, just wanted to share a little. I think the reason she's upset is because she's one of the three demo's on SCS that actually got the catty and she has been frantically letting the rest of us demo's know what's in the catty. She's been typing for over 8 hours straight, fielding questions from the rest of us. She's done a lot of work today sharing info that she could have kept to herself. She's probably just hurt that her words have been copy and pasted in other areas while she's feverishly typing.
Like I said, I hope I didn't offend anyone, just wanted to give a little explanation of what I think happened.
Now go make those wish lists!;)

Yippee I am one of the lucky ones who did get the cattie today! I do live in Canada and usually get left behind in the conversations due to the delay in delivery. There have been numerous time when everyone has been chatting about the new info in the monthly mailers and I have no idea what everyone is talking about.
Anyhow, IT'S GREAT and not to worry, yours will be there soon.

Hi everyone! New here and just surfing along to get a feel for the site. Personally I would LOVE the new catty NOW too!
How did you manage to get yours today? Are you a demo? My sister is signing on to become a demo next week after the new cattys are available...hopefully she wont have to wait long for her starter kit.

Yup I am a "demo" (really just feeds my out of control collection) and preordered a box about a month ago. I am assuming they mailed out Canada's a little earlier to help get it here on time. Last year I got mine about a week after everyone else and it was pure torture waiting.

I am not a demo. I love checking for the information early every year, even just little descriptions about new stamp sets. I have to imagine them in my mind for a week or two, and it's kind of like reading a book insteading of seeing the movie. It's part of the fun! (Last year so many people were talking about how ugly the gnome set was, and I just knew I would love it!) There is always a great deal of excitement and some of us are thinking about SU almost day and night for a little while so, demos, be happy! - Gay Howe

I used to be a demo, but quit a long time ago. Anyway, whether I am a demo or not, I like to be able to know what to excect in the new catalog as well. With that being said, there have been numerous posts before today saying that the watercolor crayons were being re-packaged. Is this true? I would like to know as the deadline to order is next Friday if they are not. Can someone please let me know if they are for sure in the new catty or not?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
