What is a sketch challenge?

I see that term in the gallery lately.

Under the weekly challenges there are card sketches and scrapbook sketches that we make a card or scrapbook page based on the sketch and post. I've seen many scrapbook sketches before this site but never tried any until I discovered the challenges. It's fun to see how different everyone's pages and cards are that are all based on the same sketch.

I just did my very first one tonight & it was too much fun!! I've also done the last 2 color challenges --great way to get the creative juices flowing!!!
