Hi - I'm Marg Crumb & I've been stamping for about two years (my husband & daughter say I'm obsessed). I discovered this site about three months ago & absolutely love visiting it - there's so much to see & learn!
There are LOTS of stampers out there - however, I've only come across one from Canada!!
I'd love to hear from some Crazy Canuk stampin' junkies!! Are you out there????
hi Guys,
I am also from Canada- north coast of BC too - not quite as north as Debbi, but very close. I have been coming to this site for about a year- finally registered about 6 months ago - we also are having a Canada wide swap, and maybe more to come so keep your eyes open
Debbi- I'm wondering were you get your supplies from this website is great http://www.discountscrapbooksupplies.com and she only charges 5$ for shipping - always a cruncher! Also from Ont so no prov. sales tax...Shelia is great and if you need something you don't see just ask her and sometime she has it in the store.
Take care
Sarah
I'm here too but on the opposite coast!! I'm in Nova Scotia Glad to meet ya!
Oh yeah, Sarah Jane, the Rubber Obsessor title is one of many clever titles that Jolene put together, instead of junior member and all that stuff...there is a post explaining it, in general discussion, I think.

*waving from Ontario with a stamp in my hand* hehehe
Hi, I'm Paige.. from Ontario out in the country close to Brantford...fairly new to Stamping...but started to incorporate it into my scrapbooks...i'm hooked!!!!planning on becoming a demonstrator in July when the new catalog comes out...i'm soo excited hehe
Hi, I'm from north-eastern BC. Ft Nelson to be exact. Right now it is a booming town with oil patch activity. I've been a SU demo since Oct 2002 and loving every minute of it
Becky
Hi from Sunny Manitoba!
This is by far the best site I have found! I have been spreading the word.
I've been stamping for only 5 months and I am totally addicted. :
Hi Ladies - I don't know if you'll think I count since I live in the Seattle, WA area, but I was born and raised on a farm just outside Calgary, Alberta and I head home as often as possible to spend time with my family there. I actually did get my sister hooked on stamping as well - everytime we get together we have to have as many stamping sessions as we can possibly fit in. This is such a fun community to be a part of!!!
Hi ladies....I'm Paula from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. I've been scrapbooking for 5 years and stamping for a little over 2!!
I became a SU demonstrator in August of 2003 only 2 months after hosting my 1st party AND am thoroughly enjoying it. Everyone is so nice and this site is awesome for ideas/inspiration.
Hope to see some more Canadian's say "Hi" from their Province/City.
Paula Kuryntik
Hi to all my fellow Canadians out there! I'm Sherri from Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Not far from you Paula eh? I just became a demo in March 2004 but have been stamping and following my upline ever since SU first came to Canada over 2 yrs ago.
Hi Karen! If I am the Sherri you are refering to (as I see another Sherri here too! LOL!) my upline's name is Jodie. She was the first demo Stampin' Up had in Swift Current. What is really neat about her being my upline is we also went to high school together! Now we have discovered we both love crafting and of course, SU!!
Hey Sherri (Stampin'Mumof2girls)! That's cool that you went to high school with your upline! I'm not a demo but I love SU! stuff! I buy through my hubby's boss's wife! She should just take money off of my hubby's checks every month and give me SU! supplies! I don't think hubby would appreciate that too much. Oh well! Have you got your new catty yet? I'm still waiting...trying to be patient! Maybe hubby will bring it home w/ him tonight since all the orders get sent to the office where he works. Hope it comes soon!
Karen :]
Hi,
I'm Heather in Moose Jaw SK. (Hi Paula - who's your upline?) I've been stamping for about 3 years and a demo for about 2 years.
I've been in SK for 3 years but originally from Berwick NS. It's so great to see so many Canadians here!
Hi Heather....My up-line is Tami Gadd.....her's is Cathrine S's from the Base. Not sure if I met you in December 2003 at Cathrine's...as I participated in a card swap there.
Now if only we could get some Canadian's to do a card swap.
Maybe I'll start a discussion thread and see who is interested in participating.
Hi there! I'm a mom of 2 boys in Whitby Ontario (just to the east of Toronto). Never stamped before last November, but signed up as a demo in January after attending/hosting my first ever SU workshop. Soooooo much to learn but I'm lovin it!
Hi Marg, You already know me from the two Canadian card swaps I have hosted but for the record, I am Sandy and I currently live in Toronto, Ont. but I have also lived in Calgary, Alta. and Vancouver and Kimberly, B.C. Nice to see so many of us Canucks on SCS.
Now if only we could get some Canadian's to do a card swap.
Maybe I'll start a discussion thread and see who is interested in participating.
Paula - Stampin' it up in MJ!!
I'd definitely be interested. I've just finished participating in a CDN swap.... sandy McCulloch hosted it. It was a 1st time for me participating & I absolutely LOVED all the cards I received.
I'd love to see us Canadians host our own swaps. I've also participated in a couple in the States, but there's always the issue of getting American postage. And, the cards seem to take forever to get to their destination (11+ workings days).
I'd be up for a Canadian card swap as well!! I would host it sometime----just not now. I am busy getting ready for my sister's wedding in September and have a ton of little boxes for the chocolates to make PLUS some other swaps I am involved in otherwise.
But if someone else got one on the go, I'd be interested!
I'd like to join a Cdn swap but not quite yet. Summer is too busy for me...and my kit comes in a few weeks. If there's one happening say in late August or early September, I'd be into that!

Hi everyone!
My name is Cathie and I live in Brandon, Manitoba. I joined SU! in March 2004, so I'm new to this. This site is awesome!! I teach full time so I'm enjoying my summer to play with my new toys!! Don't know how I'll find time to work in Sept!!
I am fiercely Canadian (didn't learn that til I moved abroad!) and have been stamping for awhile, don't remember when I started.
I'd love to try a swap but do not live in Canada right now. I grew up in tiny Mannville Alberta, 100 miles east of Edmonton (ie out in the middle of nowhere).
I love meeting other Canadians who enjoy similar hobbies as I am always homesick for news from home!
Hey Bella,
I know where Mannville is!!! We lived in Vermillion for 2 years! Passed by Mannville a lot when we'd go back to Red Deer or Edmonton!
