Ok so good news shines on me all day today where to start?
I got my single Cattty from SU! and the holiday mini is included!!!! IT IS AWESOME!!!!
Second, my actual cattys are due here today in the next few hours they should be here.
Third.., ALICIA( Love6kids) IS SO AMAZING!!! My dear friend in OR, just met her here when we did a ribbon thing...she sent me my all time wished for but never had gotten stamp set!!!!!! Yes can you believe it!!!!! Toile Blossoms arrived with a sweet little card...she told me it was a baby gift that I would be able to use!!! I have so wanted this set for like....forever!!!!!!!! I planned on buying it next month to make my little brothers Wedding invites with!!!!! This is way tooooooo coool!!! Thank you thank you thank you Alicia!
Fourth, BABY NEWS!!! No no baby yet but I am three centimeters dilated and so I know that all those hours of contractions these past few nights are atleast doing their job!! So it really is an any moment now kinda thing. The Dr wanted to induce but I have girls coming to look at the new catty tonight and I didn't want to miss it!!! Also the Dr that is at the Hospital tonight is not my fav so I am hoping I will have the baby tomorrow!!!!

Yeah but Debbi, there is the whole not my favorite Dr thing....I just want to wait for the next shift dr...tomorrow morning..would be great!!!
Ok, that's fair enough. I guess we shouldn't let our excitement over rule your requests~ :oops: ~ but no saying you can't go IN tonite, and just hold out until the morning!! Good thing Lana's in FL or she'd be on her bike headin' your way!
That way I know what colors to pull out tomorrow night for stampin' your little bundle's card!!

Now, onto more imporant things...the baby....what joy!! I am just......so......excited! I am more excited to hear your news than I am about my new catalog coming today!

I'll be praying the the baby doesn't come during catty viewing or nasty Dr. night...but I'll be praying for a smooth labor and delivery for tomorrow. Hope it's a better Dr. then!!
Keri, I'm so excited for the baby news! Such a lucky girl! And catalogs, too! You don't have to miss a thing! You go, girl! I forgot, do you know what sex the babe is?
keri, i did the same thing. i told my doc that if this one doc was on call.. my real doc would be coming up anyway. well.. my real doc was in louisiana.. the night i went into labor. and she was flooded in new orleans.. and no phone line to tell the doc on call to induce me when i went into labor. (i dont go easily on my own.. we dont know why.) anyway.. long story short.. they keep saying they are going to send me home.... babies heart drops to the fifties. two hours later.. send me home.. babies heart drops again.. third time.. again.
at five, shift change.. and here comes doc i DONT like who turned out to be my best friend that day. she actually listened to my situation.. and my two past deliveries that needed help.. and got me started and said i WAS NOT going home. so.. in my case .. doc i dint like .. i liked that night. however, she sat in my room most of the evening.. watching basketball.. and that was a little odd. heehee.
I'll take 2 bags. With the exchange rate, that should run me about $450.00 Canadian. But it's worth it!

Keri, I keep checking these posts to hear updates! Can't wait to hear the BIG news from you're hubby! With my second (now 3) my hubby took me for a hike in a nearby park (one with lots of hills) and the next morning I went into labour! Of course I was already a week overdue! But it helped!
Knowing you are going to get a good DR is a good thing!

Keri - you are too funny - when the doc said lets enduce today I was so excited. I ran home got Kaitlyn to our friends house put the dog at the neighbors house and ran back up to the hospital! I did not care who was delivering - the nurses are the ones that take care of you anyway (or at least that is the way it was at Tripler). The doc just catches the baby!! :lol: My doc was there and delivering someone else when I delivered so I got someone else anyway...oh well all went fine. Oh and I went in at 5 pm and it was right after midnight that he was born!!! Great to be enduced!!!
ANYWAY -- BEST of LUCK to you -- Boy or Girl, your doc or not you will be thrilled to have that wonderful God sent Blessing in your arms!
Yeah Keri!!! I was hoping you'd have that baby before I leave on vacation Saturday - so I'm praying hard for tomorrow and that you have a short L&D! Can't wait to hear your good news!!!! Have fun looking at your catty!

Girls I just had the best fun with all of my friends within reach! I made choclate fudge and peanut butter fudge another girl made a chocochip cheesecake , add the fresh lemonade and the sweet tea...we all had a catty in hand...it was the best!!! There were "ooh like.." Or "mmm look at page..." we really all had a blast!!! And there are tons of leftovers if you all want to stop by an have some too!!! YUMMY YUMMY!!!
Anyway, I am feeling good. Just knowing that I am THREE cm dilated makes me happy. With my first I was five days overdue and was not even one cm!!! It was not fun hearing that...so this was extra good news!! LOL
So I have to tell you though when the UPS guy finally made it to my house he hopped out of the truck adn I was already in the middle of the front yard!!! He took one look at me and said "it is really a heavy box" as he TRIED notice tried to hold it from me...I just smiled and said oh that's fine!!! And he started to walk toward my house I just took the box and said "THANKS!!!!!" With a big grin and turned around and ran into my house yelling wooohoooo they are here!!!! All of my girlfriends were there already and we all had a good yell!!! LOL It was the best...I doubt I will ever see that UPS guy again I am sure he will try to get a different route after seeing the crazy look in my eye!!! LOL :lol:
LMAO Keri!! That is a hilarious story about the UPS guy!!! I'm glad you had such a nice evening just the girls and the SU catty! What could be better??? My dh would argue against it though as he could think of better things to get excited over. :oops: Man thing you know!

Yeah the UPS guy was a little scared as he ran away!!!LOL!!! And did I mention that two hours earlier he had DRIVEN RIGHT BY MY HOUSE!!!! THE NERVE!!! So I guess that is why I went temporarily insane when I saw him pull up infront of the house!!! LOL :lol: :oops:

OMG! LOL!! Keri - your UPS story is so funny. I bet he couldn't get out of there fast enough. A crazed pregnant woman running & yelling excitedly with box in hand! I can just picture it.
Good luck with the baby. I have been watching your posts, waiting for the news. Hope all goes smoothly. I was induced with my last one & I think it took longer than it might have if I had just gone natural but I wasn't dialated at all so that makes a difference I suppose.
Sounds like you had a great get together looking at the new catty. Now here's hoping you will have another get together oohing & aahing over that new baby real soon!

Thanks Michelle - my parents are coming down from WV and we're meeting my brother and family for a week at WDW!!! Since I'm not a demo and couldn't go to convention I can at least hit Orlando - should have had someone save me a catty there!

Oh my goodness ~ I can't believe you guys that are on SCS at 3:00am!!! Keri, I feel for you not getting a full nights sleep. Makes me tired just thinking about it. Thank goodness there are people on to keep you company at that time. You couldn't have anyone better than Julie Ann right there with ya. But, where was our buddy Mel too?
I'm going to say BOY! From the pic of her with the troop cards she was ALL BELLY. So, there is my prediction!! But, a girl would be nice for Keri then she will have a stamping princess buddy in the future. LOL
