Thanks - It was SO fun last time - let's do it again to get ready for Convention!!!!
*Also - please let me know if you are going to Regionals and maybe we can do a little meetup there as well! *
Hey Michelle, count me in, I'll be going to regionals as well if I get in , hahaha, I'm trying to get in on Friday though, hoping that not that many demo's want to go Friday.
Hi Michelle -- I'm very interested again, and I'm sure my sister, Lisa, would like to go. Her only problem is babysitter, and we can usually talk my husband into doing that!!!!!!......the shoebox swap was fun, too.......Thanks. Jeanne Beall
I had a great time at the last one. I LOVED the shoebox swaps! I rarely get to "play" anymore. I'd be in for doing it again. Michelle, I can organize the shoebox swap again if people want to do it.

A shoebox swap is when you prepare a sample and all of the supplies for x number of people to create the project. It's called a shoebox swap becuase you put everything in a shoebox syle box so people can take it back to their seats and work on it. We had 13 people involved in our shoebox swap whan we met and it took a good 4 hours to do them all. It was fun, fun, fun!! I fwlt like i was a guest at an AWESOME daylong workshop!!
I agree with Michele -- it was definitely like being a guest at an amazing workshop. It was so much fun doing projects that someone else planned. I especially liked trying new techniques . . . like the aquapainter with floor wax with pearl ex, which is now one of my FAVORITES! (Thanks to Carolyn!)
I live in TN but work in Baltimore so depends on when your event is.
If I can swing it would like to come with my friend Sandy. She lurks I believe for now But I know she is here because most of my cool tips she already knows about from you guys. Let me know the details sounds very fun!
Stacey

Hello Ladies! Sorry It's been awhile - I was waiting to hear back from the Grange. Well, sadly - there is no space available for us until the Summer. I am booking a date in the fall now. I believe it's the first Saturday in November - I will let you all know for sure.
So - I am going to start looking around for a Church Hall or Fire Hall that we can rent out for the Spring. I hope I can find something - I'll let you know.
In the meantime - mark your calendars for the 2nd Annual Fall Meetup on the first Saturday in November, details to follow.
Thanks - Michelle
PS - Who's going to regionals? Im going Friday - but I'll be all alone
I live in Columbia and would love to be a part of this. I've never been to conference but am going to DC on Sat. Looking forward to my first Big event. Linda
Hi-
I am new to SCS and NW Virginia (Winchester--off of I-81). My neighbor (also an avid SU stamper) would be interested in getting together in MD or VA. Neither of ua are SU demos. so we are not going to regionals in DC b/c it is sold out on Sat. We really wanted to go with our 3 demo friends. Let us know details so that we can make plans & make sure our husbands are available to take care of the kids.
Where is Westminster, MD. Winchester is about 40-45 minutes south of Hagerstown, MD & 1 hour SW of Frederick. I'd be interested to know more about the April 2nd crop. What kind of things will you do?
