LSC67 - Go Faux!
This challenge idea was suggested by katrs5! Thanks! :-D
We're having a faux free-for-all this week! You don't have the right materials for techniques, embellishments, or even the right stamps? Go faux!
Please put LSC67 in the keyword box when uploading!
Limit: Choose one or more faux element on your card (technique, embellishment, or a stamp)
Stamps: any
cardstock and ink: any
embellishments: any
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!
If you need help with uploading your card to the gallery or posting a link, click here!

I just uploaded a card yesterday using a faux buckle. It's a punch by EK Success. This one is just brown paper but usually I color it with a metallic sharpie.

Faux sure Joni! Hopefully I'll get to it; we're packing for vacation but I did want to make another of those CD thingies to bring as a little scrapbook/photo album! I could use faux rick-rack or faux stitching on that! I better get to work though; tonite!

Faux Print Pattern background stamp
I did a faux earlier this week.
I didn't have the Print Pattern background stamp, so I recreated the look for less, at a fraction of the cost (actually for absolutely free!) by making a self made diamond shape stamp.
You can see my homemade stamp in the photo:
Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Thanks for looking!

Faux Background and Cardstock
Brayered on babywipe (which is textured with dots and pictures) then used it instead of a background stamp or cs. Whatcha think does it qualify?

LSC67, Go Faux
Good one, Jen! Mine is
Faux Leather
I was gone four days and just now got caught up with this week's challenges - I went into withdrawal not being near a computer and being able to see SCS! Good to be home and back among the s/talkers!
