Okay I just checked with UPS and my catalogs will be in my hands on Thursday. I can't wait. I live on the east coast so be on the look-out some may get theirs on Wednesday. Good Luck!!! Jo Ann
Kirsten. go to su and find the order # and you go to ups and put this in the order number not the tracking number....this is what i just did!!!
oops forgot to mention you need to add all the letters also....i cut and paste the number since someone else said they had trouble until they cut and pasted it....

I went to order entry and checked on my order. Wrote down the order number. Then went to UPS site and clicked on track.
Typed in the order number, including letters, and it tells me it is not a valid tracking number.
Never mind. I got it!!!!
Mine are to arrive on Wednesday also!
I went to the UPS site and had to click on track by reference number. (at the UPS site it's on the right hand side under More Ways To Track)
Be sure to enter your zipcode and country.
Kirsten... you are close so maybe it won't work for you either. I'm in OR and it seems that us Oregonians can't get the tracking # trick to work either! Maybe they are sending out our last? Bummer!
When you go to UPS.com:
1) select your country
2) click on the TRACKING tab
3) click on "Track by REFERENCE number" in the left column
4) put in # from SU (ie: mine was S10639261US)
5) put in your zip code and select country again
6)Hit track and that should do it

Hi Kirsten, I feel your pain and frustration. I too live in WA (Mill Creek area) and from what people have posted on other threads the cattys are shipping to the East Coast first since they will take the longest and ours should ship in a day or two-that's why we can't track it yet. UGH!!!!
Ok, go to UPS.com.....click on the TRACKING tab...click the Track by reference # on the left side of screen...enter your supply order # S12345678US (example)...then enter the date range that you ordered your catties (I entered the day I ordered them 6/5/04 to 7/15/04...skip UPS account # info.....enter your Destination postal code....enter your Destination country...check the I agree to terms & conditions button & you're in baby!!!!!!!

:( Oh, Cambria, I'm feelin' for ya, I would be sad & mad too...I had major anxiety punching in my #'s & it wouldn't work at first!!! Keep trying...do you want me to try your #'s for you here in Illinois??
Thanks for posting this info. Never knew you could track this way. I'm in So Cal and my catalogs are scheduled for delivery on the 15th :lol: I'm super jealous of those getting them on the 14th!!! Fortunately the 16th is my day off, so I won't have to call in sick
Man, I think i am gonna go drive to portland and pick them up myself.
I am sure that ups has them. i think its stupid that they are sending them out on different days. we would all feel so much better if we just KNEW when they were coming.
You guys are fantastic! Didn't know you could track via UPS that way. I'm in So Cal and they are due to be delivered on 7/15. You wouldn't think it would take that long to get here from Portland, OR! But just knowing when they are going to arrive is wonderful! Thanks again!
Mine is showing 2 delivery dates!!! One is scheduled for delivery on the 15th and the other delivery date is the 16th. I wonder why this is??? I hope it is the 15th, just so I can have them in my hand a day earlier!

I am in Utah. Anybody in Utah get this tracking thing to work and know appx when cattys should be hitting the doorsteps via UPS? Can't get my order tracking to go through! I've tried about 10 times!

I thought for sure you would be my hero and discover my catalogs..... I just know they will have a pink cover and that they are just waiting to dive into my hands and be loved and ear marked.

You can tell us....Schrades is all injured, she can't do any stalking! It will be safe with us.....But, you will have to be a good friend and take her one as soon as they come so that she can rest while her knee heals. Then she can sit and report every detail to us!! ;)
This is frustrating! They are shipping from Oregon and the demos on the East Coast will be getting their orders 3 days before I will get mine in Oklahoma? :shock: I feel really bad for those demos in Oregon who's haven't even shipped. So much for arriving by the 15th! I hope all of you gals feel generous and share all the details when you open that wonderful brown box :lol: .

Mine will be here Wednesday too! I was having trouble with mine saying it couldn't track, and I realized that I wasn't typing a country in. Once I did that, it showed my tracking etc... Just a suggestion for those of you having trouble!

I really think the earlier post is a hoax - I don't think SU would have any of them arrive before convention, let alone on Friday before convention. JMHO Kendra
You are all so fortunate!! As I am sure that my catalogs will arrive in New York sometime this week but will not make it to me in Italy till next week sometime. WahWahWah...... Can any other overseas demos feel my pain?
