What is your favorite square card size? Accucut has their 50% of die sale going on and I want to buy an square envelope die just curious what size square card most people make. Thanks.

Well Lori-does it have to be a square envie? I am thinking you could do what Fionna is talking about for a couple sizes and then get the dies for other sizes like 5 1/2 and 6 inch. Those would be sizes I would make for the same reason Jeanette said-square product is usually about that size.
I am going to assume this means you don't want to use the envelope punch board to make your own since you could adjust to any size?
I rarely. Use square cards and if I do they go into envelopes that aren’t square. I always think the recipient is more zoned into the card not the envelope.
Square cards require. MOre postage - regardless of size. Not sure of the extra cost, but it’s not cheap. The machines are unable to read what side has the address, etc. on it so they must be,Handled separately by man!!
I should probably encourage the use of square.....my hubby was a postal worker, and it helps his retirement! Lol

I'm in the UK and I've made many different sizes of square cards. I've made tiny 4" square cards, 4.25", 5", 5.75" (most popular for me) and the occasional 8" card. I like the 5.75" card as I can easily make it from a sheet of UK A4 cardstock. If using a US letter sized card, then maybe 5.5" square cards.
I like that size because I still have a lot of card blanks that I found at a local thrift store a few years ago and I can make really quick CAS cards using 6x6 DSP and die cuts for the sentiment.
