I love snow but we very rarely get it where I live in Texas. I would love to see your snowy creations, but to keep things interesting, your snow/snowflakes can NOT be white. I want to see colorful snowflakes and technicolor snowy landscapes. Feel free to add glitter and bling and all things sparkly for even more eye candy!

Holly- great challenge, thanks!  I was inspired by the mountains of Bozeman, Montana with its mountains, tinged with light purple as evening approaches. I had some marblized glossy cardstock from my stash, so I used that for my snowflakes, adding some pink and lilac highlights. Used some grey snowflake tissue paper as my frame, and a hand lettered sentiment. Finished with a simple evergreen branch with a small yellow twine bow. Here's Beauty Of The Season

I have so many Christmas cards, that this week I have vowed to make cards from my stash of bits and pieces instead of recreating entire new cards if possible.  So I used this paper piece and added some sparkle and here it is

Beautiful gallery. I loved your inspiration idea and photos, Holly, and was going to go that route, but this skier was on my desk and so was this vintage Christmas card and they found each other with the help of a metallic card. Gotta love easy.

I was intrigued by the sky in the 3rd picture and attempted to recreate those beautiful pinks and corals by mixing red and yellow alcohol inks together. I was happy with the results unfortunately you can't see them well in the photo.  Thanks for the great challenge, Holly.  Here's my card:  Colorful Snowflakes.

Well, this was so much fun!  I have some VERY bright foil I've been itching to use...and sone cute new critters...and a new stencil with very stylish snowflakes....and so mashed them all together.  Here's my card.
