Default Molly's Square Contact Details

Hello! I'm hoping someone might be able to help me with something... I purchased two items from Molly's Square, a one deal a day site for craft supplies, without much success.

I had placed the order in May and by the time it arrived (late June) only 1 of the 2 items purchased was in the package. I have tried to email several times. One of the email addresses available on their website is returning undelivered. I've sent a message via their contact form with no success. I've even sent a message through Facebook but the page for the company seems to be gone now.

Does anyone know if the owner participates on the board here? Or if you have successfully heard from the company in the recent past and can PM the contact details?

If I lose out on some money, well, it's a shame. It's about $20 and a lesson learned. It's annoying, to be honest. I've also looked into Paypal as an option to contact the seller, but the time that has passed in just getting the item and trying to contact them myself has lapsed.

I'm not out to bash on the company. Although, if I never hear from them, I hope this serves as a warning to others.

Any help that can be provided is greatly appreciated!

I've replied. And ... I had sent a message to Molly's Square and received an immediate response that she would come and check out this post. GL! I've used Molly's Square for years and know good will come of this.

I ordered several times from Molly's Square with no problem. Then a couple of years ago, an order took a month to get to me. I was just about to challenge the charge on my credit card when the package arrived. After that I never ordered from the site again.

Yeah, Thank you for sharing this. I'm glad that it worked out. Sometimes, it just takes a boost from someone else.

I'm so cautious on ordering online, but I still do it ever day. I'm happy a solution is in the works

I have placed quite a few orders with this site and never had an issue - until this past order. Missing one of the items. I went back and double checked all my orders - and I discovered that in April an order was never received. Paypal allows a good window of time for complaints, so I have filed for both orders. I will not take a risk on this company again. I noticed on a site that keeps a list of scrap deals, they removed the site link in May due to complaints received. Buyer beware.

I am still a Molly's Square customer and check her sales daily. When I did have an issue she addressed it immediately and I was more than satisfied. I have no official affiliation with site other than I am and will continue to be a customer of hers.

I ordered from Molly's Square 6-18-15. They immediately took the money from my account, but never sent me an email. I have contacted them several times through their website and on the email address they have on the site. NO ONE will get in touch with me. Any advice???

I'm in the same boat. I placed an order on June 16, 2015 and have not received it. I've sent 5 emails to both email addresses I found on their site and from paypal. No response. I even sent them my phone number per their website and they said they'd respond within 2 business days and it's been a week.

Any help would be appreciated. I've bought from them in the past and had no problems but now I'm worried.

I placed an order on Sept 15, 2015 and haven't received. I contacted the company yesterday, using their form. I understand delays, just would like to be informed of the delay. I also see items I would like to purchase, but will wait for the outcome of the first order before placing another order.

You can put in a claim of fraud with your credit card company, who will take the money back from this trickster and put it back onto your card. Don't get strung along for ever. Just send her an email saying if you don't hear from her in 24 hours, you will disput the charge with your credit card company and get the money back. See if she responds.

It sounds like she is using your money, that she takes immediately, to go out and purchase the item and then have it shipped to you. And several sales later, she can't keep up with the bad deliveries or even her own ordering system (it sounds like) so she stops communicating. What ever the reason, don't delay in contacting your credit card company and getting a refund on this.

Good News!! I got my money back from Molly's Square for the purchase I never received. The company did not even bother to respond to my request (or PayPal's) for information using the PayPal dispute resolution. I highly recommend using PayPal and their resolution process if needed.

I'm so glad you had a good resolution!In my case, I ordered two of an item last year, and they only shipped one. I did receive a shipping notice for the missing item some time after I sent two or three unanswered emails querying it - but it never arrived, and with international shipping and allowing a long time frame each time, it was out of the resolution time-frame :-(. And no response when I sent more emails...so I un-bookmarked them. Communication is key for good customer relations.

I am sorry for the people who were scammed and happy for those who had a good resolution. I very much appreciate these conversations about the truths of business dealings, and one of the values of message boards. I have wasted too much time trying to fix problems with companies and would like to avoid them if possible. I think it is wrong to condone illegal or customer-unfriendly business practices, and right to support good and fair businesses.

I placed an order on 6/16/16 (the date is even ominous) and have not heard anything from them. I have used the contact form on the site and the two emails and a phone number with no response. I wish I had googled reviews of this site prior to purchasing.

Placed an order 7/4/2016. Received an email about receipt of payment but no further communication. Sent 5 emails to three different addresses and the one on the receipt was returned undeliverable!! Like others, wished I would have googled site before placing order. If someone can share a real email address that would be great. So frustrated!!

I used the "contact us" form on the site and informed them I was canceling my order, then contacted my bank with all the unanswered requests for updates and the bank refunded my money.

Called and left message at the number listed on my credit card bill and got no response, so contacted my cc company and they said they would contact Molly's Square and issue a refund. So bummed...it was a really good deal for some MFT dies :(. Will never use that site again. My money was taking the same day I placed the order and no response or product received. That is just bad business!!

I reported Molly's Square to the BBB on August 6th with a link to this forum and on August 8th she mailed out my package. I took a picture of it and refused it (love my mail carrier) saying it was 2 months late. Her shipping policy from her website states "Each item we sell, is in stock and typically ships within 72 to 108 hours." Anyway, here is her physical address from the picture I took with my phone: Molly's Square 10012 Hartford Maroon Road Orlando, FL 32827

Well, I checked my account at Molly's Square after I contacted my cc company to get a refund and my account status was changed from in progress to on hold. Checked this thread this morning and after reading your response decided to check it again. The status now is order completed and there is a tracking number. The package was picked up in Florida on the 13th! I have already purchased two of the items I wanted in the "deal of the day" and one should be here today. I placed an order with another company on Friday and my current Fedex update is that the package will arrive today!! Now that is customer service. And the thing is that I would have had no problem waiting this long if I had some sort of response. Tell me the items are not in stock ( even though site stated they were) or your dog ran away and your behind...just tell me. Not responding definitely makes things worse. This thread was started in 2014 so this is a continual issue with this company.

Yes, an ongoing problem and several people have never received their product or a refund and that was the main factor in deciding to report the company to the BBB.

Hi, I'm so sorry to read all your comments and to know that I'm in the same boat. I placed an order in September and it arrived today, but I got the wrong dies. I sent this shop an e-mail and I hope they will answer it. I will let you know about it. The other two orders that I placed, they arrived after 45 days :(:(..it looks like that they don't have the items in stock. This remember me about the online shop "Oh My Crafts" maybe some of you remember this company. Next time that I buy from a new company I will check in google.

I placed an order Oct 1. I wish I saw this before I did. I got one item 2 weeks ago and a package with two dies on Friday last week. I am still waiting for the other 3 items I ordered. I reached out two weeks ago and the response was very quick telling me that the items were coming from different warehouses but to hold tight. Then I reached out this past Friday and was told they would contact me the next day in the early morning after they research where the other items were. I never heard back. I reached out again today and so far no one responded. She has great things for great prices, I am sorry she has so many issues. One saving grace is that I paid with PayPal. I will give her another couple of days and if I get no response or items delivered, I will dispute. I want to believe she is trying to do the right thing.

Another week has passed and nothing has come in the mail. I am at my wits end with Molly's Square. When I email them and ask where my items are, they keep responding with comments like " we ship from multiple warehouses, let us know when you get your stuff. " As a Company, you should know where your inventory is at all times. How can you post a daily deal and have no idea where the item is located and whether it shipped or not.Stay away from Molly's Square. Don't give them a penny of your hard earned dollars.

Worst case scenario-you can file a claim with Paypal or your CC and get it cancelled. I am sorry you are having this experience.

Thank you. I just may do that. I was really hoping for the sets though. I don't understand how a company like this stays in business,and still gets customers.
